They came out to my car, empty my boxes into an empty big grey wheeled can, wheeled it over to their massive, new, well-maintained shredding truck, and I watched in real time on the video camera as all my sensitive docs were completely shredded and destroyed. Hubs finally found a place to shred personal documents in bulk. Whenever we have a full box, we will bring it here on the weekend and have it shredded. There are two options, you can choose to drop off your shredding and they get to whenever or you can watch your items get shredded in front of you. Hubs prefers the latter. Recently they changed their hours of operation and are no longer open on Saturdays which sucks! They are not usually open on Sundays. We found this out the hard and showed up on a Saturday. He said he's no longer in the shredding business but referred me to Pro shred. I realized I been there once. He confirmed the price $5. I called and the receptionist said it's $7 now.
