I often attend fairs to sell my products and I needed a banner and table throw with the name of my business printed on them. I am not a printing expert but what I found that when Replica printed my table throw and banner the images on the appeared to have large "stains". This was caused by blowing up an image with uneven color and that uneven color was magnified to a great extent. It looked downright "filthy". What they should've recommended was to choose a single even color to wash the entire cloth with. Instead, the excuse was "they were just following instructions". They should've made a better recommendation with an explanation as to why it would look better but did not. As a layman I would've followed their recommendations. But, now I'm stuck with a really dirty print job. I asked that the problem be corrected. Same excuse was given. No correction made and I'm basically out over $400 with stuff I don't want to use. I have been using Replica for several years. At my former employer, Replica become our go-to printing service provider after an ownership at our previous vendor negatively affected customer service. It was quickly made apparent that our switch to Replica was a good one, and that you get what you pay for. That being said, Replica was not the low-cost provider, but we had to put a price on having our print job completed correctly and on-time. Amazing! I called them and they were willing to help me out really last minute. They had printed out my file (which I sent them electronically) the following morning for me to proof. They had the printouts ready 1 or 2 days after we approved the proofs (and this was over Christmas and the day after Christmas). They called us 2 days after Christmas with the stuff.
