The event felt very disorganized as they put a chinchilla on a bunch of kids heads for the first 15 minutes while the other animals were sitting in a hot crate making noise. I am not easily impressed but these guys rolled out the red carpet when it comes to making an occasion memorable. Plus they take their job serious. Meaning you will enjoy yourself. They are punctual and professional. They take time to set up the grounds with camouflage tents, explain the rules and happily answer any questions. It was really a great experience. What impressed me the most was that it was a really cold day. I could barely feel my hands. I honestly thought we were going to postpone it but we ended up doing it and having a blast. Oh and did our event coordinator (Danny) complain? Nope! Not once. He remained enthusiastic and made it a memorable event. Trust me you'll love this. The kids had a lot of fun and the adults too. One of the cool things about it is that they come out to you. When you have other things to to do this is one less thing for you to worry about. I decided bringing in a casino company would be an amusing option. Chicago Casino Suppliers was the right choice, priced cheaper than other casino companies and they happened to have an opening on the night of our party! Booyah! We got their "Vegas Baby' package in which you pick any 4 tables for the evening for $1295 which includes 3 hours of play. The tables we picked were Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and Craps. We paid $595 at the time of booking to reserve the date for us and then paid $700 (+ tips for our dealers) on the night of the event. We booked Chicago Casino Supplies from 7-10pm which included the setup, take down, dealers for each game and all the chips. When I arrived at my venue at 5pm for our 6pm holiday party, all equipment had arrived. I was super happy to see they even threw in a photobooth for us! It's not your standard photobooth but took digital pix that it emailed to us later that week with a casino border - I've added a few to the listing here so you can see how they turn out. A representative from the company came at 530pm to brief me on what would happen which was a nice touch. All of our dealers were really nice the entire evening. I totally can't remember the young man handling the poker table's name but he was so helpful in guiding me in what to do, looking at my cards & teaching me what to do, possibly screwing me over in the process but I trust he didn't. :) My entire group had an insanely fun time! I was beyond pleased with how everything was set up prior, cleaned up after and the professional yet fun nature of all the dealers. Great company to deal with!

The performer actively tried to give all the kids opportunity to be a volunteer. The flaming bubbles gave the handful of older kids something exciting to volunteer for. Zelle sends several notifications when money comes your way and i even put my event date and name in the subject line of the deposit! I had receipts and email screen shots i sent to her confirming everything but she never booked me and ended up booking other parties that day so i was out of a bubble show for my daughters birthday! I built a whole party around it and she RUINED my event. She is terrible with communication and i warn anyone who books her. Don't be fooled by the other 5 star reviews.....especially since none of them are even recent! I have heard similar horror stories from others who have tired booking her but they have not been brave enough to take it to yelp or google but don't worry i will! I had an entire birthday party built around the bubble show! Beyond disappointed and warning all others to proceed with caution when booking her...or better yet don't book her at all!
