If you want to host a birthday party with a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL manager go for it. It was a problem on Sunday instead of solving the problem she made it worse. Screaming and making the guest feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I called to complain to a superior never received a response. What made me feel sad about this situation the other worked said she is very rude and they are used to her acting that way. How can people be comfortable working with a manager like this? When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions: 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? Next Level checks all 3 boxes. The giant attraction of Next Level is a huge cargo net-type thing that kids love to climb through. It's pretty amazing. I've never seen another attraction like that. There's also a large play structure with stairs and slides and a zipline and tunnels and such. Another area has the popular giant foam building blocks. There are two large inflatable-surrounded trampolines. Next Level has a small play area for very little kids - the other attractions are probably too tricky unless your kid has a great sense of balance and agility. I appreciated that they had a small air hockey table available for $1 per play. The larger air hockey table is $2 to play. The seating area has mostly large picnic-style tables. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The bathroom even smelled like cleaning products, which is a great sign. The price is reasonable, but I docked a star because they don't allow outside food. The perfect play place allows for snacks to keep the kiddos fueled up. My nephew's 5th birthday party was here. They did well having a lot of kids! My son (almost 7) still had fun, but I wouldn't throw a party for 7 year olds or up here. The rooms were decent. We had a double room. My sister-in-law brought a lot of additional food (Fruit tray, veggie tray, salad, pasta, sparkling waters), got pizza and juice boxes through the place, ordered extra pizzae, etc. There was a party coordinator who helped a lot. She passed out slices of pizza super quickly, passed out cupcakes, made sure everyone had whatever they needed. The walls of the room are already decorated, which is great! It all worked really well. We had my sons 5th birthday party here. It is a nice place for his age range. All the kids had fun and there is even a baby/toddler area. We had an 11am slot and it was perfect because the place was not crowded. The party room was private, the staff was helpful and the pizza was good. The place is not huge so your able to keep a close eye on the kids. I would definitely recommend for young child's b day party or weekend fun. read more

This place is pretty cool, and nice & clean. I brought my 6 & 11 y/o here. They both had a good time, and got to run around to their heart's contents. My favorite part was the wall of massage chairs for the parents! There aren't a lot of games, but I'm honestly not upset at that. They can be a HUGE drain on my wallet when all I want the kids to do is play. They have a small snack shop that has nachos, candy, and bottled drinks. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't as packed as I had anticipated. I paid $15 for each of my kids for an all day pass, and nothing for parents. We had a wonderful experience here. The place is clean and there's SO much to do for the kids. Children under 3 need to be supervised on the climbing structure so get your grippy socks and light clothes ready! We booked a party here and everyone raved about it. You can come about 15 minutes early to set up. They have a cart in each room, which makes it so easy to bring your stuff in! The tables are already set up with table covers, plates, juice, and small water for the kids! You need to bring stuff for the adults so plates, napkins, utensils (if needed), and drinks. There's a fee to bring your own food but it's well worth it. Our party for 20 kids came with two 18" cheese pizzas. For a bunch of 5 year olds and under, we had about 3/4 pizza leftover (we had some toddlers though) so you may want to order an extra pizza for older kids. The pizza was from Annetti's Pizza and was pretty tasty. I wish I knew that because I assumed they were going to get Pizza Hut and decided to get it myself for the deals. The Annetti was probably tastier . They offered to help us serve the pizza and even asked if we needed a knife for cake. They're definitely learning from their experiences! Here's stuff that I suggest bringing: Plates for adult food and cake Napkins Utensils (if needed) Serving utensils (if desired) Drinks (for adults and some extra for those hyped up kids!) I brought some cut up fruit and the kids loved it. I also brought Wet Wipes for the kids so that parents didn't need to all rush to the bathroom to wash hands. I wish we had some more time to socialize but there was already another party in our party room 45 minutes after us so I know that they're getting really popular for parties. It would also be nice if they could figure out a better announcement system. It's SO loud in there that it's impossible to hear anything. Besides that, it was fun and very easy! read more

Will not be retuning here. I was there for a birthday party with my kids and one of my kids has cerebral palsy. There was a trampoline and she usually enjoys those so I took her off her chair and sat with her on the trampoline. She enjoys having the other kids jump around her. My daughter cannot walk or sit up without assistance, I was there for maybe 15 mins or so before I hear this loud announcement over the intercom, pretty much singling us out, basically saying that nobody should be sitting on the trampoline. All eyes were on us after that. No one should ever feel the way they made me feel at this establishment. The manager could've simply just walked up to us and asked us if we were gonna be there long. Another parent was in there with her daughter and we were all enjoying it together. I took one ignorant person to make a complaint and for the manager to feel the need to say. I hope that in the future they're more sensitive to these type of situations because I would never want a parent of a child with special needs to feel the way I felt today. read more

My daughter went with her grandmother and when she came home I was informed that she was being bullied by another child (The child was pointing his middle finger at my daughter, kicking her on her back and head and he even pulled her pants down, exposing her behind). I used to have the membership where you can go 10 times and get a discount and every single time I've gone here my daughter has been bullied by other kids. The lack of parent and staff supervision is horrible. Kids are constantly being bullied and hit by other kids that are left unsupervised. There needs to be a policy in place that if your child is bullied by another children physically you should leave the premises. read more

Amazing place for kids between the age of 2-10. I don't get parents blaming this place for their kids being bullied? Insane. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to intervene if anything happens. Let's be real any public place can not be responsible for how kids behave and how they are disciplined. read more

Very disappointing. We expected way better service and punctuality for $400 to rent a room for a birthday for 9 kids. Dropped off a bin of pink tablecloths, plates and napkins the day before and the front desk gal was MORE than reassuring (even offered herself) that they'd be glad to set it up for us and to leave it with her. We show up to our party and nothing is set up like we discussed. The pizza that comes with the package was dry with barely any red sauce. Overall we were stressed straight from the get go and left very disappointed, we will not be coming here again, not worth the price. read more

We just had my son's 3rd birthday party here, May 13th. We had initially reserved a 15 party package (45 people to a room should comfortably fit)- months in advance, I believe I was the first to book for that day and I told the owner that it could go up to 20 and he said no problem. 2 days before we had 20 kids rsvp yes, so I paid 100 extra to go from 15-20 kids. We ended up having 13 kids with family and friends definitely under 40 combined. The room that was assigned to us was maybe meant for a party of 10 kids. Ridiculous. People had to sit outside of the room. I asked attendant if they had extra tables, and they didn't. Even difficult to have people all in the room to sing happy birthday. Room was also very hot probably because of the number of people crammed inside. My family and friends made the best out of the uncomfortable situation, and otherwise it was a good party, but staff is lackluster in their responsibilities to hosting parties. Besides the size of the room (my sons name was spelled wrong I told them previously when changing party reservation from 15-20 and was told they'll make a note and make sure it's spelled correctly, when we arrived it was not correct and I had to tell them twice to correct it. Arrived and handled them a credit card and then was asked for a credit card again, when the staff at the front already had the credit card. Just little things that they weren't paying attention to. The attendant was fine. Nothing above and beyond, but did the setup, cleanup, helped with servicing pizza and cut the cake. Next level is good in terms of the play area for the kids. If you just want to let your kids explore and have fun, this works. Enough stuff for kids to do, but if you're considering having a party here, id look at other options, Management doesn't care so the staff don't care. All the other rooms I assumed were booked because they had names flashing on them, so we didn't speak to management that day because there would've been no solution to having been assigned a 10 kid room, while paying for a 20 kid room. read more
