We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate. The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. Jacob was unable to get back to me in a timely manner due to personal reasons. In the meantime, I decided to sign with another company to complete the work I need on my property. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. I appreciate that they care, so it is only fair for my review to be updated to reflect that accordingly.

It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. ADF is a class act, from the salesman (Rod) to the crew, to the office staff who coordinated…read moreeverything. My house is 60+ years old. A deck was added to it in the 70's, and it lasted a long time. In the early aughts, my partner and I hired a guy (yeah, "a guy") to come replace it, as it was getting a bit rotten and dangerous. When he removed all the decking material, though, he said our supports and joists were still in good shape, so he just replaced the decking boards and rails. You get what you pay for, of course. That deck lasted about 10 years. Now it was time to take the whole shebang off and rebuild, so we hunkered down and started getting quotes. The current deck at the time was the entire length of the rear of the house. One place told me I needed to cut the deck in half and go with a paver patio to save money. My partner and I considered that for a moment, and then we said to each other, "What's fun about getting less deck?" ADF came in at a reasonable price and a nice, solid, good-looking design. Rod told us we could, indeed, save a bit of green by cutting the deck off 3/4 of the way down the house, but we agree that we would always step out on it and complain that we should have taken it all the way down, so we decided not to reduce any deck space. He helped us maximize the space and add a pergola for a bit of shade. One whole side was to be a privacy fence, too. Once we made the decision to hire ADF, we never regretted it. They showed up when they promised to, demolished the old deck and hauled it all away, and came back the next day and started building. The crew was the same for the whole job and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to our questions. We tried to stay out of their way. There was a rain delay, and a last-minute permit problem, but they came out and made the adjustments needed. The quality of craftmanship is excellent, from beveled edges on exposed boards to fitting the pergola onto the corner of the house perfectly. And let me tell you, this thing is as sturdy as an NFL linebacker on steroids. I don't know what the weight rating is, but it has an intense foundation and reinforcements. If there's ever a tornado coming at my house, I'm going out and getting under the deck--basement be damned! I'm very pleased with the work of this company and felt that the price was reasonable and well worth it. I know we will be enjoying our new deck for decades. Or maybe..."deck"ades. Ha, ha. Sorry.

The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. Jeovanni finally returned and hammered a few errant nails in with promises the "crew" would return and fix the rest. 6 months and more excuses later, we have yet to hear back or have our fence repaired, despite repeated attempts on our end to reach them.
