Breakfast was served individually and it was a surprise to learn that Janelle, the assistant to the owner, is from CA like we are! We had a great conversation about what led us to Hot Springs and we both agreed that it was a nice place to live or visit. Upon leaving, we felt refreshed and ready for the day! We booked a room for 4 and there was only one day bed for two people in the eating area. Luckily we got a king sized bed and my daughter could share with me and my husband. Our son got the day bed. Pool? What pool? There isn't one, so don't expect to find one if you go looking for it. I don't even see where a pool could have been. They have a dog turn out relief area and have tools to pick up after your pet. Check for dog crap before you let your dog out. They have a rake a dog scoop for you to use and still people didn't use it. Not sure how often they check that area because it needed mowed. It definitely is a quiet location. So if you are looking for a mediocre stay that's quiet, it will suffice.
