Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the fine print, document everything, and proceed with caution.Also no refund was sent , Victor gave me two weeks and NOW THERE IS VANICA GIVING ME ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WHICH IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

They also told me that they are unable to represent me in court or even take part in the legal process. First timeshare (Hilton) they removed charged us additional $3000! Then we get a letter of the Hilton timeshare taken over and a letter to owners stated if we did not contact them, our timeshare would revert to the new company at NO cost to us. They said they would into it. Then we received emails and texts from a collection agency about overdue payment of 2nd timeshare 2026 maintenance fees. We uploaded a copy of collection letter to THC. Then we got a call from the collection agency, no contact from them. I emailed them several times with no response from Tradebloc. I tried calling Tradebloc multiple times. We were put on hold for next agent, then after 7 minutes or so, the call was dropped. This happened 4+ times. We have had no contact with them since July 6, 2026.
