Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the fine print, document everything, and proceed with caution.Also no refund was sent , Victor gave me two weeks and NOW THERE IS VANICA GIVING ME ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WHICH IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

However, by the time they took their "success fee", my savings were minimal. I wasn't told that my credit would be completely destroyed, that every card that was "settled " would be closed, and that even accounts that were not in the program and that I kept up the payments on would be affected. I paid off some of my smaller cards myself and informed the associates of this, yet offers were still sent to those card companies. One day, I spent over an hour in the phone with an associate, told him the same information five times, and accomplished absolutely nothing. Would I recommend this program? I'm sure they will hid this review, but it's the gospel truth. Their Attorney did not even bring me a reasonable offer. Just wanted me to pay more money to handle my case. They are as bad as Holiday Inn Vacations. Pay us more for a better deal.
