Kids will have a great time! They even have a children's play area on the upper deck. Very interactive! The outside area is shaded with canopy's and has many tanks filled with turtles, sharks, fish, and stingrays. It's amazing to see and get up close with the beautiful creatures God has created. They have guided tours and there are many volunteers near the tanks to answer all your questions. Very nice, dedicated crew. My favorite is the gift shop. It has a bit of everything you could want and makes a perfect place to get gifts and souvenirs for your family, friends, and yourself. I got a beautiful necklace, a beautiful collar and leash for my puppy back home, and a postcard for my friend. Everything is priced really fairly and it is a donation to help the turtles at the marine life center. I would recommend getting there early or when they open. Parking is HORRENDOUS. It always is usually especially with spring break. You might be waiting awhile for a parking spot. If you see someone starting to leave or backing out wait behind them and give them room to back out and then pull in to their spot. The entire event was set up neatly, and you could tell how much care and effort went into making it special. The volunteers and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They took the time to explain the different species of sea turtles and shared so much interesting information in a way that was easy for both adults and kids to understand. It was not only fun, but also a wonderful learning experience. The festival itself was fantastic. There was live entertainment on stage, many vendors to explore, and even free rides, which my kids absolutely loved. The setting alongside the ocean, with the clear blue water, made the whole experience even more beautiful. I also appreciated the hydration stations with free water--it showed how thoughtful and well-planned the event was.

I as a parent a light shower and cloudy day did not bother me what so ever but putting my son or anyones child in danger is not something am open minded at all . As the day before I inquired if camp was going to be avaliable but recieved no answer after several attempts that morning prior to attending camp finally got a text message back "yes camp will go on ;-)". I dialed the camp number again and she finally answered I asked where and how was the camp going to go on she answered Veteran's park under an open pavilion the thunderstorms will pass and they will fish from the dock there will be plenty of activities. My gut feeling SIREN TURNED on as I glanced at my window and saw how hard the rain and lightening was hitting and I immediately told myself I would not have him attend As the weather started turning bad at 8:47 am I send an email stating that my son will not be able to attend for two days due to the severe weather conditions and would like for the days to be made up she had a counselor write back and tell me that they could only give me a voucher for after the summer to use .. also informed me that no child missed camp today only mines I find that extremely had to believe and I find that unacceptable .. I signed my son up for surf camp and due to severe lightening storms he was unable to attend .. Either way I would not trust a women who does n't care about the safety of her students only the $$$$. After the party we complained and Maya apologized and assured us they would refund us half the cost. After a week of texting and emailing her, the company never voluntarily reimbursed us. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card. In short, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with her! She is an excellent teacher with many years experience and has endless patience and love to share with all the kids. On top of that my daughter rarely if ever gets sick because there are only max six kids on any given day and she keeps the home spotless. Her home is literally any kids dream as even the yard has been transformed into a kids playground and even in the house it's a kids oasis full of fun toys and games to play in every single room. Being a first time Mom I was terrified to bring my kid to daycare but Luiza quickly managed to put all my fears to rest! She's the best of the best and you cannot go wrong bringing your child to her home for care!
