My husband said I was undersold this place, and on a second visit I think he might be right. The space is HUGE and has lots of little rooms that can be reserved for private events of all sizes. There's a shuffle board table, which is super fun. The chicken doner was out of this world good- super fresh ingredients, with taziki that was heavy on the dill plus another sauce that gave it the perfect amount of kick. It wasn't on the board, but it was on the online menu, so the person at the counter was gracious enough to make it. Hopefully they put it back on the regular menu because it is my absolute favorite thing. The loaded fingerling was also really good, but could have used more cheese and a few pieces were burnt. The cinna-berry dessert was fab- candied nuts and ice cream are my new look for at a restaurant. We did the jagersnitzel again and it was stellar- double the cranberry sauce and put the fried onions on the side to make it chefs kiss perfect. Grapefruit radler- really light, not too heavy on the grapefruit. Very low on the abv but super drinkable Vienna- just brewed yesterday and not on the menu, so smooth. My 2nd favorite beer I've had here so far Summer lager- despite being a lager, this is not a light beer to me. Very heavy on flavor complexity. Too much for me but my husband loved it. Elderflower margarita- a little more sour than I was expecting, but good. White cosmo- sweet, not too cranberry heavy. Served with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint as a garnish. Espresso martini- very coffee heavy, not too sweet. Served with dark chocolate shavings which were delicious as a garnish. Pretty heavily caffeinated Bohemian pilsner- if you like complex but light, this one might be for you. This was my favorite beer out of the menu that I tried. We ordered a bunch of food to try different things & we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked everything! Bacon cheeseburger, brat, pretzel, fries, all very good. We will try the apple dessert next time we go. Our 2 year old had fun running around and seeing all the other kids there. I'm especially happy about this type of fare in this neck of the woods because sometimes you just need a fresh pretzel and Currywurst on a crispy bed of fries. Five stars!!! I'm so happy a cool spot opened up in the North burbs. It can be limiting on finding places to go hang out near our home, so this is so exciting. We brought a large group on a Sunday afternoon and luckily found a table right away. It's a really large brewery and there are tons of tables - even a bunch outside which will be awesome for summertime. There's no waiter service, so you have to go up to the counter for beer or food - not the same lines either. They seemed long and intimidating, but surprisingly the wait isn't long at all. They are super efficient. We tried a bunch of different food items: poutine, sliders, pretzel, charcuterie, Reuben and delicious steins to wash it all down. The poutine was as unreal. Amazing mushroom gravy and lots of cheese curds. We brought the little ones with, the place is very family friendly. There were tons of babies and kids there. We tried to play shuffle board but that was quite hard! Only a few points scored. Super excited to go back to Prost! We loved it. read more

Went here on 12/31/23 & 1/14/24. Atmosphere is awesome. They have their beer and guest taps. Bartenders and staff were great. These beers are always fantastic! So much room! Great place, very clean. it has an outdoor patio. We can take your dog out. Also have a stage out there for live entertainment. We enjoyed a flight of beers, and all of them are very good. This is all we needed for lunch, as far as drink There were three of us for lunch so we ordered several items to share. We got the Beirgraten Board 3- meats and cheese with candied walnuts, bread, fondue cheese and other items.' we also ordered Spoetzl mac & cheese, Ruben at a pork schnitzel. Everything is good. We will try again. I will definitely recommend this place. The portions were good size The service was excellent. The doors were open when we got there to create a nice breeze, but when I told the management staff that I wanted to sit, play someplace warm, he said no problem we will close some doors. Prost is a pretty neat place. They have plenty of seating and it's a fairly open venue with a neat outdoor lawn area. It's also dog friendly so bring the pups if you're so inclined. Beyond the atmosphere, the food and drinks are pretty good. I wasn't interested in much off the menu, but I had their fries and as simple as they are, they were some of the tastiest fries I've had in a while. Soft drinks are available as well if you're not a beer drinker. I can appreciate that they want to be health conscious--at least, that's what I assume their reasoning is--but come on guys, put some sugar or honey in your lemonade! Both their lemonade and iced tea were unsweetened, which was a bit jarring when you take the first sip and wonder where the taste of diabetes was. But, they have sugar packets and all that so you can sweeten it to your liking. We ordered online, just looking for the authentic German food. Having lived in Germany for several years and being married into a German family, I have had many authentic German meals, both at home and in restaurants. I was really looking forward to those dishes that I missed like the Jägerschnitzel, red cabbage, und Spätzle. The Jägerschnitzel ist die only thing that came close. The red cabbage tasted like it was just boiled sauerkraut. I was expecting braised red cabbage served to order. The Spätzle was the most disappointing though. I imagined those dense knotty noodles, sautéed in butter that brought so much comfort over the years. This was not that. These were puffy like American bread, no butter on them whatsoever and they tasted like they were fried. Furthermore, they were also burned. Half the things we ordered were burned. The sauerkraut tasted too much like horseradish. And the fontina cheese dip had way too much beer in it to really enjoy the taste of the cheese. I'm sure the ambience is absolutely amazing, but that's not what we were there for. I will not be trying Prost again, unless I am looking for a good beer and a good time out. If you are looking for truly authentic German food, please look elsewhere. I'm sure it's not terrible, when it's done correctly, but it's definitely not authentic. read more

Great addition to Northglenn! I host a monthly meet-up group, and we've had a few visits at Prost. Everyone is always impressed with the beautiful space, ample parking, and selection of beers (Prost and rotating drafts). For those not looking to drink alcohol, they do have a blonde NA option and yummy kombucha. Decent selection of food! I'm vegetarian and enjoy the hummus plate. It can be very loud inside, which makes conversations involving everyone a little difficult. I'll be curious how the garage doors being open in the summer impact that. read more

Lots of German style beer, had the Dunkle. 32oz for $15. Had the Reuben sandwich which was just ok, next time around I'll be trying something else... decent looking menu though. Place was really loud inside but should be better when the weather warms up and they open the big roll up doors. Sweet patio setting on the west side of the establishment which will also be fun during warm weather. Can't wait for some live music as they have a stage in this area as well. So, I want to start off by saying I love this brewery and this location. It's big and has lots of spaces to meet and talk and watch sports. AND, I have been waiting to try this flaky Apple strudel. However, what was served is most definitely NOT a strudel, but a crepe. It was the most disappointing dessert I've ever purchased. I left and went somewhere else for dessert. Please do your customers a favor and change the name to an Apple crepe to properly represent the dessert. read more
