I absolutely love Prost. We have been coming to their locations for years and excited about this new location opening up close to where we live. The food and beer are excellent, per usual. Only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because the sound was pretty loud. I would love to see some sound dampening panels installed throughout the beer hall to help with the echoes. This massive space is so well done that it feels like a big party space. Long tables with benches are shared by multiple people and the environment is very bright and the energy is fun. When you walk in, you order your beer at the counter first - they also have cocktails, ciders and spiked seltzers along with sodas so anyone could enjoy this place...not just beer lovers. But the beer really is great (the Vienna lager was a favorite at our table) and you can try guest beers that Prost hosts from other microbreweries. The food is ordered at the counter and delivered to your table using a pager that is placed on a special marker in the tables. Pic below shows a variety of menu items we decided to try. The pretzel and beer cheese is AWESOME!! it's huge, soft and chewy and the cheese has a perfect bite and creaminess. The schnitzel sandwich was also very good - very big (we cut it into 4 sliders). The smashed fingerlings were pretty good - very simple but complimented the other entrees well. Sliders were underwhelming only because there were so many great things on the table that they kind of seemed "basic burgers" but still tasty. The sausage plate is a lot!! Our table had very mixed reviews on this plate but it's a good "taste of German foods" so maybe more on the authentic beer garden experience side. The lesser favorite was the wings....we wouldn't order them again - no one at our table liked them at all. All in, our food bill was only $109 - not bad for all that. The beer tab is separate. The staff here is super friendly and promptly picks up empty plates/glasses. Our only complaint would be how loud the music is - people then elevate their tone to talk over it and you definitely have to shout a bit to have a conversation. We love this place and I anticipate we'll be frequent flyers here. read more

This is long over due. I'll try to keep it short but it will be hard! End of June 2024 I was planning a surprise 50th birthday party for my oldest son. I could not find a restaurant that would reserve space to accommodate approximately 30 guests until I stumbled across Prost Brewing in Northglenn. I met with Operating Partner, Bryan, to iron out a plan. The facility is larger than I thought, having much room to accommodate without feeling crowded. He blocked a 3 hour window for us which was plenty of time. Bryan set us up on the second floor. They have menu options for larger parties but I opted to have guest order off the menu. I was allowed to bring a cake. Any conversation I had with Bryan (plates, silverware for cake etc) always ended with "what ever you want to do". His customer service was outstanding! They were busy with everyday customers (yikes) but once all our guest arrived and ordered, we didn't wait for our food any longer then being anywhere else. Now, the food! I was surprised the wide variety of items on the menu. From chicken, corned beef, burgers, salads, to the typical German cuisine. And it was absolutely delicious. This place has a cool space! It's spacious overall, and there is a top floor as well with extra seating. They had a variety of their own beers as well as guest beers, so we went with one cider and one of Prost's beers. The beers tasted good, and it's a cool place to hang out as well! My only complaint would be the setup with service. There isn't really anyone to help unless you're directly at the counter ordering. For example, if you're up on the second floor and need anything, you have to go downstairs and wait in the bar line again which is a bit inefficient for the size of the place. At the time I went, it was really busy, so took another 20 minutes to get another beer. Other than that, it's a solid brewery to check out! read more

My girlfriend and I were invited to a pre wedding party in the upstairs banquet room. We ordered a couple Summer Lagers, a pretzel and a couple of Lemon Chicken bowls. To be honest, I am not typically a beer drinker, but the Summer Lager was quite good! The pretzel was also delicious! My Lemon Chicken Bowl was so good that I did not notice that the chicken was left out until the last couple bites. I decided not to say anything since most of the food was gone. A few days later, I received an email survey which I completed and noted that the chicken was left off of my dish during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised to have almost an immediate response from Bryan the manager. He was not only apologetic but sent a gift card to make up for the issue. Super excited this place is here and I really appreciate that they have wine and other cocktails. I like a good beer but I'm not a big beer drinker. My husband and brother really liked their beers and I particularly enjoy a good Hefeweizen which o tasted here and it was good. We ordered food and didn't love the hummus either all the extra roasted vegetables and sauce they put on it. I would much rather have just plain hummus and raw veggies and pita on the side. Prost is the new coolest place in Northglenn. It is the best thing you could convert a Bed Bath and Beyond to. The beer is excellent and even the guest taps were impeccably chosen. The döner is easily the best I've had in the US and the spaetzle was perfect. Currently drinking a liter of the Luna Nueva Collab and it's spot on. Will be back, and often! read more

Not German food in my opinion. Definitely Americanized and way over priced. More fast food than anything else. Service was ok but having to clear your own space after spending $85 for three of us was annoying. It was loud and we had a hard time talking to each other. I think they were trying to go for an Oktoberfest atmosphere but it came up short. I didn't try the beer but after reading disappointing reviews I'm glad I didn't spend any more money.
