Their shop is incredibly clean and bright. I don't say that lightly; there is a place for everything and the shop is kept remarkably clean. They are friendly, so very kind. They work with you and there is no bait and switch on the quote they give you. Honest and their work is without question, remarkable. They take tremendous pride in their reputation and it shows. Tool car to Scott and he said he could get it to about 90% of brand new (honesty rocks) and I wouldn't notice a difference. Encouraged my again to consider not painting a nearly new car unless absolutely necessary. Total cost was $225 instead and looks almost like new unless you get up close. I realize that any scratches or dings kills re-sale value but I plan to own for a while, have kids, and drive regularly. Expect to get some dings and don't mind saving some money on this one!

His wife answers the phone and runs interference for the guy. Just a cluster fuck scene from beginning to end. I did not ask for a deal or ask that he do it cheaply. The people paying were paying the $1500. I don't understand why he would think I'd be happy with such a shit job and no money he said he couldn't charge extra as it was against the law but it was his idea to do it in the first place. When I went to pick up my car I had 2 door dings on rear wheel wells and went back into office to report them and manager came outside and said he would have then fixed. Then noticed paint did not match the rest of the car and he said it was because the bumper was made of plastic. Left and went home and then noticed rear bumper trim was broken from being removed and called manager and again he s aid he would take care of it. A week later noticed a rattle and I crawled under rear bumper and saw that they had broken off 3 of the 4 bottom bolts that attache the exhaust tips to the bumper. Very poor craftsmanship! 6 weeks later still no phone call from this so called auto body shop.
