He went over and above to try and correct the communication issues, to the point only he would call me and only he would help me. So while I'll still only go back from warranty things. I will give kudos to my tech for being attentive, aware, and acknowledged the missteps in communication to me. Mistakes happen, so as a customer I can appreciate the effort and awareness my tech gave me.
