Since my husband is a veteran, and there would be no charge to come out see what the problem was and give me an estimate, I gave them a call. Our technician's name was Jesse, and he diagnosed what was wrong, suggested how we could fix it, and gave us an estimate. He said he would be able to repair it right then and there, but we wanted to think about it. Funny thing is, 20 minutes after he left, we called them and scheduled a date later in the week for him to come out and make the replacement later in the week. He was here for less than one hour, and my husband and I are amazed at how nice it is to watch our garage door go up and down evenly and feel it was the best money we've spent in a very long time! At a later date, we're going to have Jesse come back out and do some repairs to the other garage door. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and was even able to come out earlier both days, then originally scheduled, which was great! He also gave us a few tips and pointers on how to keep the door and better working condition. I'm so glad we found a company that we can trust to do what are usually costly repairs.

Rhonda is easy to talk to & very down-to-earth. Dan and his install team work well together, and with only three of them, were able to do 13 windows (remove & install new) in one day. Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. We knew we were coming up on a replacement of the entire door as well (bent aluminum panels). The options that Jovanni walked us through were very satisfying for approaches to resolve the decaying old setup. We went through options and decisions; got great advice and tips; Jovanni totally knows his trade: doors, motors, framework, electronics of the existing home wiring; and, found the original manufacturer dates of our old bits of "Frankenstein door". :) Monday (today) was work day: amazing in total.
