This business is sketchy......is it even legit? They say they'll call you back, they don't. When you call again they have another excuse as to why they are unable to assist, however, promising they will but crickets. I do NOT recommend this company. Unreliable from the get go! read more

Gary and Kevin, went out of their way to pick me, my computer and my keyboard up take me to his shop. I waited for about two hours in the comfort of Gary's shop while Kevin did a very through cleaning of my computer and keyboard. I felt very comfortable and at home in his shop. Terrible service, disorganized, had to make two trips there when computer was supposed to be fixed the first time. No diagnostic done before assuming it was just a battery replacement needed. Then when I finally got my computer back, they hadn't screw the back on to the computer. This was the poorest service I've every received at a computer repair shop and it cost me $130.00 to be frustrated. My daughter managed to "brick" my laptop in which it would only load to a default reboot screen. I was able to drop off my laptop and pick it up the next day. My laptop is back to normal and seems to be working faster than before. read more

These guys were awesome. My iPhone 11 needed a new charging port, these guys were able to get the repair done in half the time that other shops quoted me and they even let me borrow one of their wireless chargers while we waited for the part to get in, free of charge too. Find another place to have your computer repaired- after an initial consult we were told the computer screen was cracked, motherboard cracked (both not true) I went elsewhere and had the computer fixed, it was a software issue! went back a few minths later to ask for a screw to be replaced . they talked my fiancée into a new motherbiard so they could screw the cafes in properly. after $250 and a new motherboard, returned the computer with the case not on, screws missing and 4 large screws where there were original screws, now they say I need a new case- The owner was rude and wouldn't give me his name, even after I said I wasn't selling anything. Fantastic service! I went to ubreakifix in lone tree and they told me I needed a new motherboard for my Apple mac book pro. $800!! I took it to this tech company in castle rock and Gary fixed it by checking to see if it was something little before just telling me I need a new motherboard. He fixed the computer for $200!
