we hired T&M last week to do some interior lite work, prime, paint and trim work in various rooms…read more He comes over, very polite and seemed business like. my wife showed him each space that she wanted done and what she wanted done in each space, he was taking notes. we had purchased the trim wood for one space plus additional pieces for another space. he looked at the wood and wrote it down. he gives the office person, his notes. she/they come up with $7,500.00 estimate. they phoned my wife with the estimate (nothing in writing), poor business practice. workers arrived, doing a good job, however did not put on the inside corner pieces, just a button to cover up the space. while that was going on she calls and it would cost another $2600.00 to pai nt one room . they never showed us a final estimate to verify and sign. if they had, allthis would have been avoided. as it is, they believe we won't pay any more than the $4,000.00 and they are right. he estimated wrong on the wood, nothing was given to us in writing as to what they were going to do, that cost the $7500.00. i apoligise for raining on their parade, but business wise, i am surprised they are still in business after 3 years. work wise, they have 3 good people,just need fine tuning on corner pieces. thank you, Paul Thorne.

When I called out this issue, he became racist making comments like "you people". On top of it, they got the wrong paints and smoke detectors despite having old samples with them. We had to go exchange ourselves so they don't waste another 2 hours. When we settled the bill and sent them home, Bruce shook hands with me. Later when we realized my wife had paid for some of the items but the refunds went to Bruce's card, we politely asked that he pay us back. A water leak resulted in damage to an upstairs laundry room and a downstairs bathroom. After water…read moredamage mitigation was completed, Greg came in and did the necessary repairs to the damaged ceiling and walls. I was really impressed by his careful work. He had to replace insulation in an outer wall and do some tricky cutting to fit the drywall around outlets, vents, and plumbing in the laundry room. He installed additional ceiling framing in the bathroom to ensure stability in the new ceiling. You would never know there had been any damage.

He couldn't measure the windows correctly, and for two of the installations, his team had to return the windows after finally taking the correct measurements. They replaced about 17 in total at my home. I wish they hadn't. As for his team, they don't even work for him directly. One had a heavy Eastern European accent and told me he works for another company but helps this guy after hours or on his days off. The crew, consisting of two workers (the other also being a weekend warrior), both had terrible attitudes. One of the windows was installed so poorly that I experienced water damage in the bedroom after heavy rain. The owner was no help at all. He was in Vegas, trying to contact his crew, but they never returned his calls. He even yelled at me for putting pressure on him, saying it wasn't his fault that his crew wasn't responding. This guy is a joke. Why am I posting this after so many years? I recently discovered that the reason wasps are getting into my master shower is because his so-called 'weekend warrior' didn't even bother to seal the window. This guy has caused more damage than the money he supposedly saved me. I should have taken legal action against him for all the damage he caused to my home.
