After I shared my experience online, I received messages threatening a defamation lawsuit, curbside delivery of the doors to my home, and a mechanic's lien, despite there being no work performed at my property. As of today, they are still holding my $3,693.75, and I have no doors and no service. This has been a very negative experience for me, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Mike at AMG is very unprofessional and rude with with sales calls. I called to ask about installing 3 interior doors. Before he would give me any information on their services, prices, or they have minimum amount for a job. Mike said in a pretty rude and abrupt tone "that he couldn't charge me enough to take the job". I understand if there is a job minimum, etc. I would think you could have a more professional response as this must come up with other potential customers. If I have any future window or door needs I know which company I will not contact for a bid.
