Truly amazing customer service in repairing my Chevrolet Cruze. I stopped in after having a chunk taken out of my Rocker Panel asking for recommendations and or assistance in fixing the damage. Told me about one week to get my car done. One day short of three weeks before my car was ready for pickup. Then they have the nerve to tell me they finished it right on schedule. This place will say anything to get you in the door and once they have your vehicle they have you. Too many other places around here to get your car repaired that will be honest with you. read more

In October of 2014 I had a project that seemed simple enough, but many shops wouldn't do it. I spoke with all the shops in a 25 mile or so radius. Those OTHER shops apparently didn't have the confidence that Mark Gentile Jr. did both in himself and his workers! The job was straightforward but also problematic because I wanted wintertime doors and a hardtop to be painted for my Jeep, but I also switch these doors back to the factory half doors and soft top in the summertime. Because of this, I needed the closest color match without the panels being blended which is the normal way to go about painting parts of a car to ensure a color match. They worked with me to get what I needed and did a fantastic job! His painter did some trials and tuned the paint just right and did a job that I'm so happy with that every fall when I switch out my Jeeps doors and top I'm grateful they did that job for me. Not only did I get a fair and affordable estimate the previous evening, less than 5 minutes before they closed...But, the next morning I got the best service imaginable! NOT PRO. Should have gone with the less expensive estimates from other collision places. the first time I went in, they ordered the wrong bumper. I had to point out to them they had the wrong part. Went in the second time and they installed my bumper wrong. Left it hanging off my car where it could get torn off by a curb. They cut corners and didn't use enough fascia clips. Cheap work yet they charge top dollar Have to go in a third time to get Gentile's to do the job right. LAME. waste of my time. read more

I cannot express how much I dislike having to get my car repaired, mostly because of the cost, but there is also the fact that I know almost nothing about cars and am so paranoid of getting price gouged. Gentile's Collision soothed my raging paranoia. Quick background: I needed over $2K work done on my passenger's side doors due to a pole jumping out of nowhere in a parking lot. Mark Gentile Jr. (the owner's son), was very thorough in his inspection and explanation, fielding each one of my 500 questions with ease. Mark also showed me how they were going to repair it, and what measures they would take to save me money ("Am I dreaming?" I thought). Too bad I can't post a "before" and "after" picture of my car, because I'm pretty sure there is no difference. The repairs were slated to take over 60 man-hours of work (I guess paint detailing is a very...detailed job) and the shop took care of it within 4 days, though I was out of town and didn't need my car anyways. In conclusion, Gentile's was able to ease my extreme apprehension about car repair. And that, I think, is priceless. read more

DO NOT bring your business here!!! i brought my car in for a small dent and scratch on the side of my car, and when i came to pick it up a few days later, my key was smashed and destroyed. (one of those keys where you push the button and it folds in). the owner and several workers tried to tell me that the key was like that when i dropped my car off and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. they also smashed my phone cord on the inside of the car to the point where it no longer works. while they replaced it with a brand new cord, it was moreso the key i was worried about. my car is a lease and i'll now be charged by the dealership because their carelessness destroyed my key. 0 STARS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY DESTROYED MY KEY!!!! read more

Had to have work done on a Cadillac XT5 and i was debating between my dealership or a collision shop. I had passed Gentile's nearly everyday and decided to give them a try. Had a great experience. It was a variety of small things that made the difference. The building and property are maintained, sounds silly but it makes a difference. The lobby was clean and the receptionist was quick, very friendly and made me feel welcome. Someone came out within a few minutes and looked at the vehicle and was clean, professional and friendly. Did not give me any attitude and took the time to explain the process. He told me the time frame, which wasn't even a week. I was impressed when i called on the day it was to be complete and they said it will be done right at closing and i could come the next business day. I stated I would like it that day and they stayed later and completed it. No attitude, friendly and explained everything and explained my warranty.
