During the class my "Colleague" would often disrupt the class with constant complaining and negative remarks. This would often upset not only myself, but the other students. Administration would have to pull her out of class to have private conversations to defuse the situation(s) . I am normally not the type of person to comment on situations that don't necessarily involve me however, I was SHOCKED at this review especially when she was the student that caused so many unnecessary disruptions. We've witnessed the faculty trying to work with this student however, she remained resentful and uncooperative. Healthcare Training Solutions honestly has benefited me and my career as Certified Nursing Assistant so much. I really appreciate the one on one attention I received from the instructors. All the skills I obtained, I am currently putting to use working at an assisted living facility! I passed the course with a 86% Overall average and I really hate to see such a amazing program be slandered by one unhappy student.

Not considering emergencies that are no faultnof your own is not a way of dismissing a student who only missed a day and who has wriiten verification. Staff is very unorganized. When you call to speak to a particular person they always haveban excuse there response you will get a call back and never do. You keep calling so it appears they are being coached to repeat that exact response. Their sunshine on the go nursing isn't any better one staff member is very rude when you give a no response you are hung up on and no consequence is given for the disrespect. Alot of students get aid from the state for these classes but they are not charity cases they are human and deserve to be treated as a paying customer. You can not talk to them any kind of way and the owner feels she can and not receive consequences. The owner is very confrontational and as a owner of a company and regardless how long she has been an owner her management skills need to change. My recommendation, new owner and new staff and you'll receive better reviews. If you're being yelled at or cursed out it could of been something they said to cause that kind of reaction.

After taking two courses here, I really appreciate how knowledgable and organized the classes are. With less than 12 students per class, the teachers really encourage students to get to know each other and really speak only the language. If you don't like the class and/or teacher within the first two classes, you can get a refund or switch to another class! I have tried other language courses in DC, but Fluent City really helped me learn and use my Spanish most proficiently. It really takes a lot of extra time and effort to be more fluent on the language yourself, but in the city of DC, Fluent City tries their best to make sure that you are Fluent in your City!!! Offering a variety of languages other than Spanish, Fluent City is the way to go especially if you want to use it for employment, take up a new language, or just explore the world!

It's a challenge to follow along sometimes because she explains everything in Spanish (and she's from Barcelona), but at level 3, you need to be getting comfortable with hearing everything in Spanish anyway. Ben keeps class fun and focused, and the LSAT Demon was perfect for studying on the metro during my commute. The tutors were not good, but you don't need them. Between Ben's video explanations and class, you will be well equipped. The classes are a bit large, but I made three amazing friends out of this class. We all stay in touch still. This course really worked out for me. I was admitted to multiple T14 law schools and received significant scholarship at all of them. It's absolutely worth paying for the class to get into a great school with a great scholarship package. Plus, I met a ton of classmates who also took this course, so its a great icebreaker when you meet other DC people. Classes may be different now that things are online, but I had a great experience with this course.

In a few months I was able to raise my score by 15 points from my initial diagnostic and I am very thankful for Ben's instruction and the materials he provides his students with.
