Also the diagnostic was supposed to included testing "All" the PC components, but they weren't able to test my processor because they didn't have a similar motherboard. My processor ended up being okay, but if I replaced everything they told me to, and then found out my processor needed to be replaced too, I would have been very upset.

Just kidding on the pear tree as well. Long story short, the techs knew enough about what is worthwhile for me to repair, let me know the problems, and the cost to repair. They obviously also repaired everything I agreed to have them take on. So far so good, no problems whatsoever. Their setup seems to be simple, come in, explain what's going on, drop it off, wait for them to take care of it, then pick it up. For me, as I work on these items here and there, the price was very reasonable and I was honestly surprised at which point now I don't have to do the one-off repairs for when a family member spills a beverage, cracks a screen, or wants a new battery, I tell them to go to ZombieTechs or I go to ZombieTechs for them. It's a load off my mind and again, for me, this is a side hobby, for them, it's their professional job and they are excellent at it!

Despite that, I didn't hear anything for nearly two weeks. When they finally contacted me, communication was very disorganized. Different techs called at different times, but none seemed aware of previous conversations, and I had to keep repeating the situation. At one point, I was told they didn't realize I needed it back quickly -- even though I explicitly stated that when I dropped it off. The delay and lack of coordination made an already stressful situation worse. I was expecting professional, timely service, especially after clearly communicating the urgency, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. I did ask to speak to the owner and was told "he isn't available." If you need fast, organized turnaround, you may want to look elsewhere.
