Menu post remodel
Malisa R.

First time we have been back since Fiamma's remodel. We didn't have reservations but we scored a high top in the bar area. The service was great. Our servers were David and Forrest. We remembered David from the Sardine Room too. We started off with cocktails. I tried the hibiscus margarita. It was so pretty with a black salt rim and tasted great. My husband ordered a non-alcoholic Paloma. Nice that they have options for everyone. For dinner, we ordered the ahi tuna, Chilean seabass, mushrooms, and carrots. The fish dishes were great. My husband's seabass was perfect. The carrots were roasted with hot honey and feta. My favorite side dish! The mushrooms were good but would have paired better with a steak. For dessert, my husband ordered the snickerdoodle cocktail and I enjoyed a glass of Prosecco. Great date night!

Bread = fabulous. Steak tips = fabulous. Food = Fabulous. Didn't take very many pictures because we kept eating, but enjoyed the steak tips and then the French dip which were both amazing! Restaurant was pretty quiet. Service was good and our server was great at making suggestions.

I went here with some coworkers and had a wonderful time. The staff was witty and friendly and the service was great. The food here is very fairly priced and all of it tasted amazing. I got the lamb chops which tasted amazing! And we got a charcuterie board for the table to share which also tasted great! The inside of the restaurant is elegant and classy. overall I enjoyed it all and would come back!

I was excited to visit Fiamma Grille in the heart of downtown Plymouth. I visited on a Friday evening for a good friend's birthday dinner. The menu was a bit more gourmet than a typical grille. There was a nice selection of options for all of us which ranged from vegan to pescatarian. The food did take a little long to come out of the kitchen and came out one dish at a time. The dessert menu was relatively small and not overly enticing with the available options. Our server was average. A little more attentiveness could have helped. Overall, I would always that Fiamma was an overall decent spot for dinner.

The service was decent here. We were still trying to train new people so there was some confusion but ultimately they did get our food right. We ordered several appetizers and entrées. Unfortunately when we finished and went home we did get food poisoning.

Fiamma's was fantastic! In September of this year we held a rehearsal dinner at Fiamma's. The room was fantastic, the food was outstanding and staff was beyond professional. We had 50 guests, our primary server was Charley. We could not have asked for a better experience. It was a perfect experience and we could not have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend both the restaurant and the service.

Delicious. Love the added touch of live jazz. The Seafood Risotto is great and you can't go wrong with a Caesar salad.

The cocktails are stunning, the food (whether brunch or dinner) is consistently memorable, and apparently every plate is so beautiful that I feel compelled to photograph it. Beyond the food, the service is always exceptional. The staff strikes that perfect balance of polished and warm, making every visit feel like a special occasion. And then there's the atmosphere. The abundant natural light, thoughtful seasonal décor, and the undeniable gravitas of a beautifully restored former bank create an experience that feels both elegant and welcoming. The Ledger is absolutely worthy of being a destination restaurant for celebrations and milestones. But the biggest compliment I can give it is this: we don't save it only for special occasions. Whenever we're nearby, we make a point to stop because the food, drinks, and experience are just that good and the seasonal specials never stay as long as you'd hope. And of course, the speakeasy downstairs is always the perfect end to the night.

She's attentive and on it, the rest of the staff made sure our dishes were cleared, drinks were topped off. Ordered Brussel chips, fat-sar salad, Lobster Mac N Cheese, truffle fries, G.O.A.T. 22, trumpet scallop pad Thai. $170.66 The Brussel chips, lobster Mac and the trumpet scallops (mushrooms) Pad Thai noodles were good at least. The G.O.A.T., Fat-sar and truffles were all underwhelming for me. Their tomahawk steaks are huge, table next to us got two cut up table side. You can smell the smoke flavor from the old fashioned drinks as soon as you walk in the door.

This is a perfect place for apps/drinks! A few of my girlfriends and I spent NYE night here, early on in the evening and it was wonderful. The bartenders treated us so special and we loved the vibe. There's live music on certain nights which we were happy to experience while we were there! I highly recommend this spot for a gathering with friends or intimate date because the atmosphere is on point! This is also right next to the Sidecar Slider Bar which features a bit less expensive drinks and more of a sports bar vibe so although they are very different it was super fun to spend time at both in one night and have two totally different experiences!

The seared ahi tuna was overcooked. The filet tips were overcooked. The shrimp tacos were ok, but would have been better with grilled shrimp (not fried) and were not worth the price. Service was slow. After all of our food arrived, they basically forgot about us. Felt like just were not interested after finding out we didn't want cocktails. We like Sidecar a lot, but won't be returning to Shift.

I ordered a fish slider, a chicken slider, and a bacon cheeseburger slider, and they were all really good. The fish slider was especially tasty and probably my favorite. The fries had a light crisp to them and the flavor was pergect! My custom order took about 15 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sliders had a fresh, homemade taste that really set them apart from typical sliders you might get somewhere else. The prices were pretty fair too and seemed about the same as other similar spots around here. My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. They even offer catering, which is a great option for parties and events. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great customer experience!

They listed what pop products they have (Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, lots of great choices!) in a concise manner. It took roughly 5 mins for our food to be ready once we pulled up to the window. Food smelled delicious in the car, and was very satisfying to eat. The buns are brioche and went really well with the burger. Fries were a 4/5, thicker and adequately seasoned! Onion rings were very crispy and had a lot of batter on them, they were a 4/5 as well. Overall, a good experience, and I'm excited to go again! I would imagine eating in the restaurant right when our food came out would've enhanced the experience.

It was slow on the restaurant side, likely because it was a Monday, but the bar side was full of what looked to be "regular" patrons. Our server was really nice and very patient with my fiend and I. I ended up getting the sliders with chips. When they arrived, I started eating the first one. The buns are soft and they were served hot. That first bite was great! As I ate more into the center (these are not small patties), I found it to be slightly medium-medium well. I didn't eat the very center and didn't worry about it. Once I bit into the second one, though, I found that it wasn't cooked nearly enough so I just ate the edges since I had already ate most of the first one. Despite having eaten most of it, the server and Manager made everything right. I'll be back to try some of their other menu items since they had quite a bit I wanted to try.

That should have been the end of it. Instead, the owner came back and quizzed her on the capital of Washington State, as if knowing state trivia is a requirement for holding a valid ID. She's never taken a state test to live here, she just has a real license. When she couldn't answer, he refused her service and made a scene about it, loudly, in front of the whole bar. If he had doubts, the obvious move was to ask for a comparison ID or check it against another Washington license in our group. He had one right there. Instead he embarrassed a guest over a "test" that has nothing to do with ID verification, something his own industry provides actual training and guides for. We left as a group of 8 and took our business elsewhere. Reading other reviews here, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident of arbitrary, inconsistent service. Skip it.
