In 2018, My husband and I purchased our first home with Vinh while he was assisting another agent. He has grown so much as an agent over the years. When it came time to move out of our home in 2025, we knew we wanted to work with Vinh. We already moved to a new city, so we had to do everything remotely. Vinh supported us as our on-site hands and eyes. We were on the fence about selling or renting the property. Vinh laid out all the numbers to give us an idea of what we'd make with either option. Regardless, we knew the house needed some work before doing either. He introduced us to a great contractor. He worked with the contractor to give us 3 different options. He also shared what he thought would be the difference on return for each option by walking us through recently sold homes with the same floor plan. Vinh made the remodel very easy for us by picking all the finishes that would attract buyers: flooring, paint color, vanity, etc. We were very happy with the results as we opted to make all the changes we wished we had done while living in the home. Because we were so far away, Vinh handled every inspection and issue that came up with the home during this time. For example, we got a notice from our water company that we had high usage for the last month. Vinh went to the property to check for leaks. Turns out, our sprinkler system had reset during a power outage and the default system was scheduled to run too often. We later got a notification for a possible leak. We reached out to Vinh and he quickly drove to the house in the middle of the night to check for leaks. When we decided to list the house, Vinh called many agents in the area that recently had listings to understand how different sales strategies had panned out for them. He presented us with two options and told us how they had done for comparable homes in the area. We chose to list lower to get more interest and hopefully sell sooner. The strategy worked well.
