Totally unprofessional. Hired Pierre to paint house and fix a small drywall issue in ceiling…read more Asked him to be careful with expensive wood floor. He did not have tarp, so I provided. He cut the drywall (less than 2'x2') with circular saw (instead of utility knife) and filled the house with dust then dropped the drywall from ceiling on the floor without using the tarp and damaged it. Promised to clean floor but he never did. On the outside, started to paint but did not have a ladder to reach the upper part, so it is now only parly painted. His one worker walked out in the middle of the job because he was not getting paid, so I had to step in and advance some funds because I had a tenant moving in in few days and needed the job finished. Many more problems with this man and this job. And he wanted to charge same prices as big companies even though he had no resources, insurance, material, or skills. I would not let him do more work for me even if he offered it for free.

Now no renovation is going to be without its problems, but patience with each other and pulling together made it all come out beautiful in the end. I was looking for someone that could patch my walls / plaster, replace baseboards, replace the…read morecasing for my door, and replace the trim around my ceilings. Everyone else I talked to "knew a few guys." Well when you "know a few guys" you end up hiring for the carpentry, drywall, etc. work and it takes forever plus you aren't guaranteed the quality. They were so nice when they came for repair facia and they have given me warranty to call back in case anything happened. After a week later I found facia was coming out again and I called them back to schedule to repair properly as it was coming off in a week. They assured me to return back to me and even told me they will come for Tuesday then changed to Wednesday and they changed to next week. Now, I am almost a month coordinating with folks on 586-696-8892 (Daniel) and 248-212-5713 (Will) but no one is picking my calls neither anyone responding me back. I am keep trying -n-trying to connect with them to fix the repairs. At this point they charged me and didn't fix the issue permanently.
