Bill responded within 30 minutes of me reaching out and had his foreman, Fred, come out that same evening. That same evening, we had a second contractor come out who came in $400 more and did not include any planting. Bill and Fred agreed not only to lay rock but also plant succulents for $400 less than the other contractor. Fred was very communicative throughout the entire experience. On Friday he texted throughout the day, sending pictures of the rock and succulents to make sure we absolutely loved what was being installed.
