Our niche areas are Jackson and Harrison Counties. We offer FREE Comparative Market Analysis' to ensure that you are selling, purchasing and/or leasing your home, property or business at market value. We are not appraisers but have access to many of the tools appraisers use. All our licensed REALTORS are members of the National and Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS and must abide by a Code of Ethics set by the Association. In turn we are all members of the Multiple Listing Service which is a tool that all REALTOR licensees on the MS Gulf Coast use to list properties for sale and/or rent. This tool allows all other agents along the Mississippi Gulf Coast to view our listings and try to help us sell and rent our properties. On sales, we share the commission with other REALTOR members when they help us sell a home. Let us do the work for you. We can give you a FREE list of homes for sale. Even better, allow us to set you up on automatic notification which automatically notifies you of properties that fit your criteria as they come on the market. By clicking on "Contact Us", simply provide us with your criteria (price range, square footage needed, number of bedrooms & baths, specific area/subdivision, are mobile homes ok?, do you want to be in a non flood area?, would you like acreage?, etc.).

From the photography and video to the way the property was described and shared, every detail felt intentional and elevated. Lily took the time to explain the strategy behind each marketing decision, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. She knew exactly how to highlight what made my home special and how to get it in front of the right audience. I could tell there was a lot of care and creativity behind everything she did. Beyond the marketing, communication was seamless. I always felt informed, supported, and well represented. Lily's professionalism, eye for detail, and understanding of the local market made a real difference, and I'm so grateful to have had her list my home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who truly goes above and beyond.

I did not care for our experience with Kati Viola when buying in ocean springs…read more Pros: she was prompt in responding to emails, calls and text. Cons: first major issue: there were two parcels of land for sale- she only listed one on the contract. We caught it 11pm before our 10am closing the next day. She never apologized for the major mistake she made. it was very clear that she was on the sellers side and not representing us, her buyers. She wanted us to remove trash the sellers left, during our walk through, (it was as if she was afraid to say anything to the buyers) she wouldn't ask for the grass to be cut, when I asked her about it. She could have said "ya know what- it might be too late, but I'll submit a request" nope she never worked for us - her buyers. She never pressed them on fixing SAFETY related items found during the inspection. Her response was always "it's a sellers market, this is just how it is" when we had issues with insurance because of the roof and needed her to talk with their real estate agent, I texted her one day saying "did you talk with their agent yet?" Her response "yes." Never indulge what she spoke with them about. After the transaction was done, she was almost an hour late to the closing and I emailed her to ask her to take us off the for sale notifications and she never responded. She only called me and never my husband. She was a nervous mess when we removed our offer on the first house to put an offer in that same day on a second house. I sent her a Starbucks gift card to show support and not to be nervous (because frankly I didn't need to feel like my real estate agent couldn't handle typical transactions) then she sends us a list of electric and water places to call- none of the numbers worked. Last but no least, she was very adamant that we used Leah and Pilger Title (clearly she gets a kick back) Leah was sooooo rude not only to us but also to our mortgage lender and pilger title made a few mistakes including missing that parcel. Definitely do you research on title companies. But in the end, she still got her 3% ... She was never on our side, our experience was horrible and I would never recommend. The next real estate agent I ever have, I'll be sure to ask when At what point can fire them throughout the transaction.

Here's the thing: I don't usually write reviews (I don't even review items on Amazon, so that should say a lot). Moving from out of state, I was already working with one agent but wasn't having the best experience. I found Romula, and she did more for me in the FIRST 24 HOURS than my previous agent did in ONE MONTH! I cannot speak highly enough of her. She's personable, professional, and took the time to guide and educate me as a first-time buyer. She even set up a virtual tour of the house I was interested in (also within the first 24 hours of me contacting her). If you need an agent in NOLA, Romula is the best you could possibly have. With deep gratitude from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Romula!!

I knew I was coming back but didn't have a clue what living options were available. I had briefly met Romula through friends and simply reached out to her on a whim. Immediately, I was "flooded" with leads on living spaces that in all areas of Uptown New Orleans and Metairie. I hadn't even thought of the options "in the 'burbs". As it turned out there was more "bang for my buck" out there. I credit Romula for addressing my needs and finding areas that I would never have reviewed. Still, Romula's service did not stop there. So I have "leads", but what does that mean? I recall Romula setting aside time to go over the options and breakdown each with an eye of an insider. We even visited a couple places together and on those visits I got to see what it was like to work face to face with this Realty Goddess. I felt she was genuine and honest - very honest. She didn't allow me to settle for what looked good. She asked me a lot of questions that made me assess what it was I really wanted in my new living space. Looking back I appreciated that the most as it was kind of a ..... growing process for me. Well, in the end a place was found. I lived there for years. And, simply put, I am a Romula fan. THE END

Trimmed low hangin limbs, trimmed bushes, weeded driveway. Upon move out we deep cleaned the place pulling out the fridge and oven even. The only thing we didn't do was steam the floor, which I don't mind we paid. However they then said the WHOLE property needed to be deep cleaned and we left it in a "horrendous" state. We were never provided pictures of anything out of place other than the floors needing to be steamed after 3years. They charged $750 to clean it. However when we got the note/receipt there were no details as to what was wrong or left dirty beyond a dog smell. This company is absolutely shady. They also took over 45days for what little refund we did get claiming they mailed it to the address we had just vacated. What a joke. **They also go by EXIT Magnolia Coast Reality

We rented a house through her for two years. When we moved out we did a final walk through and she assured us everything looked great and we would be refunded our $1000 security deposit in its entirety. After being told this we were shocked to receive a check in the mail for just over $300. Along with the check was a letter with bogus claims about repairs that needed made and expensive landscaping that needed done. We were scammed and stolen from. She took advantage of the fact that we are a military family and were moving overseas so we would not be there to hold her accountable. Hopefully this review will be helpful to potential renters. We had to learn a hard life lesson that not everyone lives by the same morals. Hope others can learn from our experience.
