When I called to check on insurance, I spoke with Hannah who noticed an issue with my profile, explained it clearly, and kept me updated while on the line and as she worked to resolve it. Great job, Hannah, for your exemplary customer service skills! Check-in for my appointment was smooth. Hannah was helping another client but let us know she'd be right with us. I truly appreciate excellent customer service and don't take it for granted, especially in an age when it often seems overlooked. If you have another option, you may want to try it out. Here you are given a pre-appointment time of arrival which is 20 minutes before your actual appointment time, and then they call you 15 minutes after your actual scheduled appointment. Upfront my husband told her we're late for about 10 mins and hardly anyone is there and the way she treated us is in acceptable even the way she spoke to him. I am an RN and this treatment is not acceptable to our management. The receptionist is a bully, very unprofessional and she has no regards to patient and. family. She needs to be sent to a class so she get reform. I hope the management of this company will listen to this as there is no place for this kind of treatment should happen to anyone. read more

I have had some pain and lumps on my breast as most people here do. I would hope that the front desk staff would be kind to East the nerves but they are a new level of uninterested. at both ultra sound and MRI imaging, I have been treated like an inconvenience and outright ignored. I had problems scheduling my ultra sound and when I came in for my appointment, the didn't even acknowledge me. i just had my name called. they didn't say "you've been checked in have a seat" just flat out ignored while I stood by the front desk . when I came back for a follow up my boyfriend noticed it too. they also said I was too young to be seen even though two er doctors said I need to be checked out for breast cancer and my primary ordered the referral. they tried to override my primary referral and when the did see me just said it was a waste of time. the ultra sound twcha are kind enough. Overall, I am asking my primary to awns me somewhere else during this challenging time in my life. read more

Checked in today and had a Fantastic Experience! The Receptionist in the Front was very calm, well-poised, organized, and efficient in checking me in and communicated smoothly to give me great news that I would be seen within ten minutes of sitting down. The waiting area was clean and clutter free and adorned Tastefully with Chic and Relaxing Art! All the Staff Members were responsibly wearing Face Masks and the Two Women who helped me with my X-Ray were positive, inviting, polite, and awesomely effective with their Instruction. They followed protocol very responsibly and let me know how soon my Provider would be getting the X-Rays, and wished Me a wonderful weekend! I went here due to an ongoing issue I have with my back and severe pain... The plan was to get multiple x-rays as requested by my Orthopedic surgeon. The x-ray tech at this location / firm was horrible...she completely humiliated me because I couldn't bend in specific ways without being in extreme pain. I tried to explain to her that the multiple positions she was asking / putting me in was uncomfortable and she attempted to lecture me......ultimately communicating I was being...grumpy....yes, you are reading this correctly. I was told that I was being grumpy while she was attempting to put me in physical positions that due to my injury, I could not accommodate. What a total disappointment. I would not recommend this location / firm to others who are indeed looking for professional assistance, and wish to be treated with any dignity. read more

Office lady was not helpful. I spent an hour and a half in the car getting here, as this was the closest location they could get me to. My arrival time on maps said I would be 15 minutes early. The last hour of my drive when the time on maps kept going up I called this office 12 times to let them know I was stuck in traffic but I would be there. No answer. I called two other offices to get them to transfer me - once they did, no answer. I left messages and kept calling, and no answer. I understand that I was running late. But had they answered the phone and told me they simply wouldn't be able to see me, I would have gone home rather than continue my route there. No help over the phone, no help in person. read more

Rating should be zero, they don't even deserve a one. So my wife just had an MRI done of her left shoulder. Everything went just great and she waited to pick up the CD of the imaging. When she came home, I popped it into my PC and found that they had given her an image of a left shoulder alright. Unfortunately it was for different patient, about 40 years younger. Am I glad I caught this before the doctor used it to decide his surgery strategy. read more

Idiots cancelled my appointment without letting me know; I took half a day off from work, walked in with approval from insurance in-hand and co pay ready, but no, my appointment was cancelled as they were unsure as to whether I wanted my MRI there or at UCI from whence it was ordered. So I have an appointment at 6:30 p.m. for an MRI but then I get a call saying that they had a cancellation and it could be done at 12:30 if I wanted. I told her to make sure and call me back around 11:30 to see if they are on schedule. She calls me back and says, "Yes", come on in. So I drive to the location, fill out the paperwork, wait another 20 minutes because I arrived early. At 12:35 I asked why I hadn't been seen yet. They said there were problems with the patient ahead of me. I informed her that, that wasn't my problem, that I was assured that my appointment would be on schedule...sorry she says, there is nothing she can do about it. I wonder if I show up late to my appointment by 30 minutes if they would still see me? Wasted 30 minutes waiting for an appointment that was not to be. Wasted a drive to the location. Wasted a drive home. Spent money on gas, that I'll never get back. Frustration and aggravation of someone wasting my time and not caring. It's too bad this is one of those places that you have to come to because your health provider secured a contract with the low price leader of health services! read more

Wow, I have never been in and out of a medical appointment so fast in my life. My husband had to get a pre-op X-ray so he just walked in without an appointment. 11:30 am on a Tuesday. One other person in the waiting room. We were there for a total of 6 or 7 minutes. Professional, clean and courteous. read more

Great caring staff! I was in a lot of pain, was unaware of the lunch hour, and had another appointment across town that I would have been late for (they take walk ins) had not the xray technician volunteered to see me on his own lunch hour.
