We were told installation would take 6-8 weeks. At the 6-week mark, we had to call for an update--only to be told by Nick, with zero accountability or concern, that the job had been "undersold." Our options? Either pay double the agreed-upon signed price or cancel altogether. To make matters worse, we were told Joe "should have" contacted us--meaning if we hadn't called, they would have continued holding our money while saying nothing. Nick's dismissive, unapologetic attitude made it clear this isn't unusual for them, which is even more concerning. Now we're left with: no sliding glass door, a damaged wall, a damaged door frame, and a completely broken customer experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
