The mall security guy is creepy and rude. Twice now he's approached our group of adults after our movie got over and stared at us creepily trying to intimidate us to leave. Then told us that the mall is closed, as people are still coming in for movies. He should stay away from the movie theater area when that part is obviously still open. And he needs a different approach. read more

Over all it was pretty good, but It was very baron and ghost town like, the ratio of vacancy spaces to open stores was very sad and not very good, i think it has potential, and could be good if they put in more stores, and had more things to do, it has the room to be busy to! This mall is pretty big and beautiful! I see many stores closed down. But there's many open also. This place has a movie theater Cinemark. There's a decent sized food court with varieties of small restaurants. My favorite massage place called easy relaxation is in this mall also. Not busy at all but it will be!! Awesome place I'll be coming back to visit from Vegas here often. read more

I actually really love how dorky the vibe of this mall is. Most stores are owned by small businesses or local artists and I really wish they'd lean into that more. Drawn to Dragons, We Geek Together, and The Nerdy Wolf all play off of each other really well. I wish more stores that focused on the nerds and artists of Provo would pop up in here. The FYE has a great selection and Gamestop is always a nice touch. The food court is pretty lacking, unfortunately. Service was often awkward, as if nobody expects somebody to come in to the store at any given moment. But, to be honest, I don't blame them. Shopping here is pricey, as you can expect any mall to be, but a lot of items here are hand made or created by small businesses. I don't have a problem shilling out a little more money if it means supporting local artists. The only reason your average mall-goer would go here over University Place is the addition of Spencers, but the other additions, such as the Maker's Market or Milk Jelli may keep people here for longer. I really do wish to some extent that this mall was more popular because I really want to see this place do better. The small artisan run stores are so cool and I really wish there were more of them! read more

The highlight of this mall is the movie theater but it makes me sad seeing how much Covid has hurt this mall. This mall was once thriving and full before Covid. It seems to be a dead mall. This mall is a little worse then orems mall. But this mall has circuses that show up randomly, amusement parks, and other fun events that most malls don't have which is fantastic. Which is something to look forward to for date nights and family nights. I hope this mall gets fun stores soon! read more

There are a few reasons one might come here. 1. Dillard's. I love Dillard's, and this is the only one in Utah County. 2. JCP & Sephora. JCP has some great deals all the time, but I like knowing there is a Sephora inside JCP and I can get my higher end make-up needs here that I can't get from Ulta. 3 King Kebab. My Arab husband comes down to the mall at least once a week to eat this. It's probably one of the better mall food court restaurants out there. 4. Movie theatre. The cinemark here is never as busy as any of the other theatres in the valley and seating is always aplenty. 5. Victoria's Secret. This store is big and when VS has their semi-annual sale, the selection isn't as picked over as that at University Mall. Other than that, this mall is a tough sell and stays nearly empty. The decor is outdated and it is tough for most stores to stay open here. read more

If you are a business thinking to going into Provo Towne Center Mall I would not trust anything they tell you. Traffic was poor at best and you will have to hound them for your deposit when you leave. Most business would do better by having an online store. Your cost per customer should be less than what the Mall charges. And buyer are better going to local businesses outside the Mall or shopping online. read more

Gotta hand it to these guys, they have really turned this place around. At one point the mall was empty and shops were leaving left and right. Their creative approach of putting office space and other industries in old retail spaces is down right smart. Imagine being at the office, then going to the food court for lunch, and then meeting someone for a movie all within a 1 minute walk in an air conditioned mall. read more

Decent sized mall that has some independent shops and some of the bigger names as well. They have a food court with your standard options. Subway, Panda Express and a bunch others. I'm not a huge fan of malls in general but this one was decent enough to kill sometime there. read more

If you were born between 1976 and 1984 you probably cut your teeth on malls like this. Simple, two-story affairs with an open food court and the usual selection of retail stores (Game Stop, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works etc.). Malls from this era struggle for attention these days, and that is also the case here. Lots of vacant stores and empty kiosks. There is a little enclosed kids area here with play equipment, and the mall boasts a Cinemark 16 movie theatre. read more

Half the stores are closed on a Sunday, it's actually more than half. Easy relaxation massage was the worst massage ever. The guy just lightly put his elbows on you the whole time, never even used his hands. Big waste of money! It's a beautiful mall but very hot inside. read more

DO NOT GO TO SPENCERS CLOTHING STORE I went in the store to find some cool sunglasses, knowingly passing a display of sunglasses meant for smaller people. I talked to one of the employees and asked him where the sunglasses wore. With a rather unwelcome and annoyed tone he told me that I passed them on the way in. I told him that those sunglasses wore very low quality and seemed to be a little too small for a average teenager. He then proceeded to talk to me like I had just dissed on the whole store. We were out and about today and wanted to hit the mall. It was 12:30 and more than half of the stores were closed or the lot was vacant. The ones that were open didn't really appeal to us so we decided to leave. As we made our way to the other side of the mall to exist to the parking garage, we were nearly hit several times by children riding the rent an animals through the mall. They were careless and running Into everything. This mall definitely is a disappointment. read more

I hadn't been to this mall for years and was sorry to see that a great many stores were vacant and I couldn't find anything I had come for. The experience was made worse when I was approached by a sales representative at the Natural Beauty Kiosk. At the end of her demonstration she priced a 2 year supply at around $400.00. As I expressed my disinterest she repeatedly lowered her price until she quoted $50.00. When I rejected this offer, she rudely commented how "tight" I was and then said something in native language (which I didn't recognize). I almost berated her in Japanese, but frankly I was too tired. I hadn't had that type of experience since visiting Tijijuana. I won't ever be back. read more

Provo Towne Centre, you once were a great. You stood above all and towered with your fancy stores and movie theater and your food court. You shined bright above all else. If one was in need of a Hollister or whatever, you were that resource overflowing with the fount of life. Now you wilt. You sadly sink into the soot and soil. You wrinkle and weep, and I weep with you. Provo Towne used to be THE place to go to. Now, it's lucky if it can keep stores open. A few staples continue to keep business trickling in, such as JCP, Dillards, Red Robin/Wingers, and the movie theater but that's about it. It seems that more than a dozen stores have left the Provo mall for something more north in salt lake, or even just to move to Orem's University Mall. Decor is vastly outdated and in dire need of upgrade. The mall is still in prime location, but within our little Utah County, it needs new-ness and upgrades to stay relevant. The mall is on the smaller side, and only have a few handfuls of stores that anyone sort of cares about. There's also randomly a laser tag thing that never seems to be in use and the employees are the type to not take no for an answer. Provo Mall has some hidden gems, like Mario's, the vintage game store, and that one bookstore who's name I'm forgetting. BUT THAT'S IT! I cant even be bothered to remember 3/4's of the stores in there! I wanna love you Provo Mall, I do. But you gotta get going and fix up your plexiglass walkways and neon lights and get some ACTUAL stores to commit to your mall and bring life back to Provo Towne. read more

I kind of like this mall. Very simple, clean, mostly uncluttered. There were a lot of empty stores, but this one has a very nice classic feel and vibe to it. Not a whole ton of the two-story jobbies these days. Easy freeway access is a definite plus and almost makes up for the messy street around it, which is kind of a pain. Like many malls, this one has experienced its own waxes and wanes and current fortunes may not be the hottest, but for convenience, this one is somewhat hard to beat. The good side of a lower populated mall, at least from my perspective, is that its much easier and more convenient to get around in. read more

Out family's experience here has consistently been horrible. Today was no different. This is by far the hottest,most uncomfortable mall EVER! is their A/C working at all or are they cutting corners on budget? We left and went over to the University Mall in Orem. Provo Towne Centre always makes me a little anxious because it seems like half the stores are going out of business or on the verge of going out of business. That said, it does have a variety of new stores that pop up with some regularity, which makes it fun to explore. Like this week, I found a fight club (with giant inflatable balls). It does have a few staples that seem to stick around, so that's nice and is vaguely less high end than the Orem mall. It's also one of the last malls you'll encounter heading south, so it holds a special place in my heart. Honestly, it's just your average struggling mall. Fairly clean, regular food choices (with a few great standouts) and some industrial looking decor. read more

Nice smallish mall. Google maps directed us here to get Panda Express and I was happy to stumble across a Osaka Japan alternative at the food court which offered sushi. read more

I like this mall, Although I have noticed that there are less stores than there used to be. I'm hoping it'll make a come back with some new stores at some point. In the mean time the Movie theater and the Asian Gift shop will keep me coming back now and again. read more

Its great! Its big and has all the right stores. To top it all off it also has a large food court and a movie theater! I love spending time with family amd friends there. Especially around the holidays for gift shopping. Ut has all your favorite stores in one location. read more
