I could have used more time there than with the facial which was lacking. I expect excellence from the Ritz and that is where the moss came. I didn't hav a facial analysis. I received no information as to what was being used and what was being done. I got little information absent of the push to buy a product that I still can't tell the reason for. I left with whatever was the last product on my face peeling off which was unfortunate as I was quickly transitioning to an on-site dinner. I don't think it was a moisturizer. Things were out on my face and just removed, it felt like something I could have done in my room myself. I didn't get any massaging. Things stipulated in the description and it was the same cost as the massage and I have gotten much more for less at like facilities. Never waited for longer than a few minutes basically enough to snap these pics (which they don't do the place justice). The aesthetic is just gorgeous in person. My initial appointment was for brow and lash tint but once I got in Kalie let me know with my hair color it wouldn't be much of a change. I highlight this because she could have just went along with it. Her decision once she listened to my needs to lead me in a more beneficial direction impressed me. She then shaped & brought my grown out quarantine brows back to life. She as well as her area were very inviting & calm so I scheduled a keratin lash lift with her next. This process I cannot recommend enough. It is exactly what I was looking for. I'm a week or two out and they are still gorgeous. I can't recommend her enough. Looking forward to visiting again

I have now been going to Jamee for eight years!…read more It has been so fun to watch her grow her business. When I started going to her, she worked for someone else. Jamee then went out on her own. She eventually added another person to her staff and they quickly outgrew the space they were in, so they moved. Including Jamee, there is now a staff of five! While Jamee is still the one I see, I have been to all of the wonderful women on staff, except one. I haven't been to her yet because she's newer, but I'll probably get to her eventually. The salon is gorgeous and inviting. I can say the same for the staff! All of the women are welcoming, friendly, and extremely professional. That is my fault for not understanding the process and not the nail salons. I do stand by my not being able to choose whether I want gel or dip. I thought with me coming in with dip that I would get dip again. I never said anything about gel. I saw a white box with blue in it and thought it was the same thing I had last time. I do remember a white box with blue in it last time so just assumed they were the same. I do have multiple painful spots around my nail bed from the tools used. I do appreciate the owner calling to fix it but unfortunately I'm leaving for vacation in a couple days and do not have time to go back up there to get them fixed to what I originally went in for since I live 30 minutes away and only go to get my nails done when I'm in the area. A waste of $75 dollars. I would like to support this local salon but given this poor experience for a basic service I cannot trust the quality expectations of the business. If this artist's work was deemed sufficient to pass them into a position of a professional provide and it was sub par, I won't risk attempting another try at this or another service at this salon because quality standards are lacking judging by this service.
