The doctor listened to my concerns about my skin and kept a low setting. It was a only slightly painful on the 'normal setting', like a rubber band snap. The capillaries on one side of my nose are gone. I had a large, red one on the other side, and it is faded, though not completely gone. I think the IPL was a good investment at the cost, as it reduces the time and money for makeup on these red spots.
