It's a good facial for all skin types and can target a variety of skin concerns. It cleanses, extracts, and hydrates, leaving you with a glow. I have skin drier than the Sahara Desert, and this keeps me looking like a glazed donut. They offer a lot of services to help you reach your aesthetic goals - botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, PRP, etc. They have free in-person and virtual consultations with licensed professionals. I did a lot of research before deciding on coming here. Because the last thing you want is getting your skin and face ruined... Vanessa, the practice owner and lead nurse practitioner, is incredibly knowledgeable. She has excellent bedside manner and listens to your concerns. She's honest and doesn't try to upsell you. She's hired a great team of women who are just as sweet as her. Her estheticians and nurses are highly experienced and skilled. Daria did my facials and she was very gentle. The entire spa is spotless from head to toe. It's super easy to book an appointment online or by phone call. They have a membership with an annual fee ($99) that comes with a ton of perks. During the appointment, extensive extractions were performed without any clear discussion that they would be added as an additional service or incur an extra $40 charge. I had never even heard of extensive extractions. I asked the owner Annette, for an invoice and was surprised to see the added charges. The next day I woke up with significant scabbing and lingering marks that extended beyond the original blemishes I came in with. You could actually see her literal nail marks scabbing (see pictures) Over a week later, I am still dealing with visible marks from the treatment. What has been most frustrating is the way this was handled afterward. The business acknowledged that communication surrounding the extractions "could have been handled better" and initially offered the $40 as a future credit, yet later refused any reimbursement once I requested a partial refund instead of another service. Annette even went as far as saying that the fresh nail marks and trauma she inflicted on my face was already there prior. There was also confusion regarding taxes charged on my invoice that was later described as a "system error." I also want to clarify that although the tax was refunded, it was not proactively issued when the error occurred, but only after I followed up about it again later. Similarly, aftercare instructions were not initially provided after the appointment and were only sent after I reached out with concerns regarding my skin's reaction. I would strongly encourage clients to carefully review their receipts and ask questions about any add-on services before treatment begins. Annette didn't check in on me once after I shared my concerns. I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately, respectfully and fairly because I genuinely did not want to leave a negative review but I am compelled to share so others are aware of the type of business this is. Unfortunately, after spending approximately $245 including tip, I was left with lingering facial marks and no meaningful resolution. I understand every skin type reacts differently, but clients also deserve clear communication, informed consent regarding additional services and charges, accountability, and proper follow-up when concerns are raised.
