I reached out for his opinion, and he was honest in what he thought would get the leak solved for the least cost. He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. As we opted for the patch and seal, his team were quick to get the job done, and payment was super easy. Fast forward a few months to early May, when it's been raining nonstop the past few days, and no leaks! Of course, I hope the work they've done lasts longer than five years, but I know who to contact when I need it.

There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

We hired PRQ Exteriors when our neighbors recommended them to us to repair the damages to our home due to a recent hail storm. They managed the entire project from start to finish brilliantly, and worked with our insurance company to get us the most out of the covered losses. All of the work was executed with professionalism, and everything was fully documented and permitted. Because of the damage done by the hail storm, we were able to get a new roof installed with all the recent code updates and a complete paint job of our entire home which included our entire fence line for just the cost of our home owner's insurance deductible. It was literally $24K worth of repairs for $750 out of our pocket. They will never charge you more than your deductible upon project completion, and will never ask for a dime until the insurance company pays first. This made the entire project stress free from a financial standpoint, and our premiums did not rise because a registered hail storm is considered a natural occurrence, and not something that adds anything to the already existing risk factors that insurance companies use for cost adjustments. In the end, we're so happy we chose PRQ, and are delighted to give them a glowing testimonial. Hire them, and you won't be disappointed. read more

PRQ was an excellent company to work with. Super friendly staff and very helpful with navigating my insurance company. They redid my roof, got a crew of 6 or so guys and knocked it out in a day, great quality work. Also, great communication, which I can't understate how important this is. I've worked with other contractors who say they'll be there at a certain time and never show up and leave you calling them trying to find out what was going on. With these guys, never a question. And refreshingly, they were terrifyingly punctual. They called me when we were finalizing the paperwork to let me know they were going to be "late". I think it was less than 5 minutes. I'm going to be getting my house painted in the near future and I'll definitely be pinging them for a bid on that. read more

I had a really good experience with PRQ Exteriors at the beginning of the year. We had a series of wind storms from December into January and I found a shingle in my back yard, assuming it was from my roof. I called PRQ and they set up an inspection for my roof for the next day. I didn't even have to be there. Johnathan Litchfield inspected my roof and the next day I received a call from Austion Wright. He said that there was no damage to my roof. I was still traumatized by the fierceness of this storm and the extensive damage to all my new and existing gardens, and vowed not to use any contractor who used these tactics. The phone onslaught continued for weeks, supplemented by my doorbell being run on an almost daily basis. Early on, a friend who knew what I had been through recommended a roofing contractor she had used - Tom Krause at Advanced Construction Roofing (ACR) - and since he was NOT one of the ones who was badgering me, I contacted him to come out and take a look at the damage - but only after I had a chance to come to terms with the emotional aspect of the damage to my property. Tom was prompt and courteous and very respectful of my wishes, and worked with me over the summer to get the most complete compensation from my insurance company and recommend where best to spend that claim money. I ended up with an impact resistant roof, which lowered my insurance costs and increased my property value, and also replaced all of my gutters (instead of the few that the insurance company allowed), for just a very nominal investment on my part. I decided to wait until late fall to actually do the work to minimize the risk of another storm and another claim at my high deductible, and Tom never bothered me about that decision and came out numerous times, and personally oversaw the work, cleanup and inspection that followed. He even went out of his way to replace a screen that was not part of the hail damage that was tricky to fit and required several back and forth trips with the window company. I would highly recommend Tom and ACR. Top notch work and communication throughout the project.
