I wish I had done more of my own research on her. For someone who claims her reputation is everything, I found her to be unprofessional, and unresponsive. For someone who has been in the business for 17 years, it seemed as though she posted the listing in MLS and then crossed her fingers hoping that we would get an offer. She claimed to have "cross marketed" my listing, sending it to other agencies, other realtors that she knew etc. Only to find out that other agents hadn't received anything on my listing, including when we were supposed to have an open house. I would NOT recommend Deborah to any family, friends or my worst enemy. She is not knowledgeable or motivated to sell homes.
