They went through…read moreSecurity First for my insurance, Security First canceled my insurance & sent me a refund check for my policy because of something my "agent" did not turn into them. I took the refund check up to Pruett Williams & was assured the problem would be taken care of & my insurance reinstated. Fast forward a year later I haven't gotten a renewal notice & come to find out I haven't had any homeowners insurance for the past 9 months & Security First has been "holding" my refund check. So they find me new insurance with Tower Hill which I pay in full a few weeks later I get a bill from Tower Hill saying I owe more money so I call Pruett William on 3/18/15 @ 8:36am an leave a message on voicemail a week goes by & NO ONE returns my call so I call again on 3/25 12:21pm & leave another message. I finally get a call back at 2:09pm, told they will find out why my premium increased & call me back. I don't get a return call which I missed, until the next day 3/26pm @ 4:36pm. With another message telling me it will be taken care of, so I call them back on 3/27 @ 8:27am & leave ANOTHER message & NO ONE BOTHERS TO RETURN MY CALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF LOOKING FOR A NEW AGENT.

I had a horrible experience with Amber Word, State Farm! I called on 2-24 at 9:14am and was lied to…read moreby an agent about coverage for my condo which ended up costing me thousands of dollars, i have been a customer for over 3 years and depended on them for knowledge and truthful information which they neglected to do! I reached out to Amber Word and she lied to me and said there was no record of my call that anyone from her office talked to me and I sent her a screenshot and let her know I have blink cameras as well since I was talking on speakerphone. The same thing happened to my neighbor. She was lied to about coverage as well months before me and the Mount Dora State Farm is aware of Amber Word's State Farm misinforming people about coverage. When I told Amber Word what happened a couple weeks ago she said she would investigate and call me back, which she neglected to do! I had to call and follow up with her and again she lied and said there was no evidence that anyone from her office talked to me and then I emailed her a screenshot and she ignored that. She also stated that everyone has to input information in the computer when they talk to people, and she said they have no record of that which she's either lying to me or her agent didn't do what she was supposed to do. Amber also said that it was a quick phone call and it was a nine minute conversation so that's a lie as well. I let her know she looked at my policy and my address and she still gave me incorrect information that cost me thousands of dollars! I just want to let people know about my experience since I ended up repiping my entire house because her agent said they couldn't write a condo policy for my new buyer, which was a lie. I thought after three years of being a client with them they would be honest this has been catastrophic and cost me $$$ because of their incompetence! I needed assistance and they failed me! It's essential that agents provide accurate and honest information to their clients. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve future interactions. The lack of integrity is concerning and I will be filing complaints with multiple agencies.

I work in the financial industry and sometimes my job requires me to call insurance agencies to get…read morecertain information from mutual customers of ours. I've called Mrs. Hahn's state farm office at least 15 times in a matter of a week to request some documents to finish a deal for the mutual customers of ours. Out of the 15 times I've called, I've reached a person 4 times. Each time they assured me an employee was working on sending me the documents I needed and a week later I still haven't receieved anything. I've left 3 voicemails with no calls back. Our mutual customer has even called and they assured him they were sending me the documents and I still have yet to receive anything or hear back from anyone in that office. I've been doing my job for quite some time and have never had this much trouble gett the paper work I needed. I've even dealt with multiple state farm branches with absolutely no trouble what-so-ever. Going through this experience really makes me question if there are even people in Mrs. Hahn's office seeing as I call multiple times a day at different intervals. Suffice it to say dealing with Mrs. Hahn's office has been extremely frustrating and I hope in the future I wont have to deal with them again.
