He could not possibly have been more polite and personable, explaining the process every step of the way, showing me the damaged part as well as a new part so I could see the difference. The units on the rooftop were not marked, so he had to work extra hard to locate mine. He wisely took a video of the location of my unit and also noted every identifying detail to put in my records. They have done regular six-month checkups and servicing and have kept our 8 1/2-year-old heat pump working well. Recently, a capacitor failed while we were away for several days. The system kept trying to run and eventually burned out the motor. We notified Jay late on Sunday afternoon, and he was here the next morning to diagnose the problem. He contacted a company in Charlotte to get a new motor, picked it up the same day, and returned the next morning to install. Who could ask for anything more⁉
