I contacted Chamberlain first and learned that our belts and pulleys were still under warranty so they would send out replacements but my husband was reluctant to attempt the repair. Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service. Long story short is that if you are on the Western Slope, and especially if you're in Paonia or Hotchkiss, do yourself a favor and call Delta Doors and Moore...you won't regret it!

They seemed very capable Of replacing our garage door motor and belt drive. They didn't specialize in our type of motor but offered a replacement option and bid three levels of replacement fully installed. They were friendly and I did not have a negative experience. We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am. I had a great experience and feel like they could have done the work just as easily.

It stared early this past May, 2016. I called for routine garage door service, replacing two cables, and a general checkup. They were here in about 3 hours. Great I though, what quick service. It turns out they just happened to be in the area. Well that was the end of "great service". . They had to order parts and would be out the next week. This sounded reasonable. Two weeks later I called for an update and they said had a couple big projects that week and had not yet picked up the parts. They would get back to me. about two weeks later I called after having no response and left a message. But again, no reply. Called a week later and they answered the phone: "Oh yeah, we were just going to call you. Should be out by the end of the week." They were a no show that week and week later I called and left a message for an update. Again, no call back. I called about two weeks later, that was 5 weeks ago, and left a message to give me an update. Again, no return call to date. If they ever do call back, I will let them know I had another company do the work. This company competed the work initial in less than a week from initial contact to completion. Just my experience with extremely poor service.

Said he'd drop brochures off on his route but never did. Called/E-mailed for the product brochures. Replied, "Stop by our shop & pick them up yourself!" Called office & submitted verbal complaint on unprofessional service. Apathetical response by owner defending his employee. This company won't survive upcoming RE downturn & ultimate crash. Tout an expensive marketing campaign w/advertisement blitz; goofy name, vehicle logos & bill-boards, but don't deliver. NOT a local company as they promote. Think HQ'ed in Gunnison? Stay there & leave the Grand Valley. DO NOT bother calling. Call a true local Co. & select one of them. Hate to see the kind of work they actually do after having to wait 3-months for a garage door installation but want 50% payment up-front.
