A friend recommended Bridge Theory, so I reached out at the end of May 2024, and we began therapy in June 2024. Samantha paired us with Ms. Rebecca, who truly is an angel in disguise. To say my daughter's progress was remarkable is an understatement. Every week, we saw noticeable improvements--whether it was her self-correcting when asked to repeat a word or taking the time to think before speaking. As a mother in education, I could clearly see the difference between group therapy at school and one-on-one therapy. In a group setting, they were working on IEP goals, but with several kids in the group, the time spent walking between locations and occasional canceled sessions, the progress was limited. My daughter didn't have many major errors, but she was definitely behind, and in just seven and a half months, she graduated! The level of attention to detail, the thoughtful explanations, and the strong rapport Ms. Rebecca built with my daughter made all the difference. She also took the time to listen to my concerns as a parent and would incorporate additional strategies to address what I was seeing. This personalized approach is something you can't get in group therapy. Ms. Rebecca is truly an angel--my daughter loved coming to her speech lessons and would run into her arms for a hug. They formed a beautiful bond that made each session something to look forward to. Although lessons have ended, our gratitude for Ms. Rebecca and Samantha will last a lifetime. When Alaric was six months old he enjoyed homemade baby foods. After I started introducing him to real food around the age of 10 months he refused almost everything. Everyone would just say "it's a phase", "he will grow out of it", "babies/children are picky eaters", "if he's hungry enough he'll eat", "all he really needs is to drink milk". My motherly intuition told me something was wrong but everybody reassured me that it was fine. He would literally only eat rice, crackers, chips, cookies, and sometimes bacon. Alaric was drinking a half gallon of milk a day. I tried everything to get him to eat. I screamed, I bribed, i begged, I spanked, I offered the iPad, I took away toys, I force feed him, I even bought an online feeding toddlers class. However nothing worked. He would gag or throw up almost every meal. I hit my breaking point and found a Pediatric Feeding Therapist online that offered a free consultation. She was the first person to tell me this is not normal and that I should seek help. I reached out to Taylor and was seen for a consultation. She told me to bring a preferred food and he wouldn't even eat his preferred foods. When we left the consultation my husband looked at me and said "this woman is good if anybody can get him to eat it's going to be her". After 3 months of treatment Alaric now eats anything!!! Mealtimes went from a nightmare to an enjoyable part of my day. After ablation surgery I had improvement for two weeks, but two months after, I started to have terrible back pain which is worse than I had before I came in this clinic. Nobody didn't suggest any solution to fix it, they just offer come over to clinic and talk to doctor (of course it's another extra payment). The reception team ate rude, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful. Messed up with my appointments and payment. Stay ways from this clinic.

Outpatient Surgery Center of Boca is basically an eye surgery center. I haven't been a patient…read morethere but have escorted several patients there for their eye surgery so, since I haven't been a patient, I won't comment on their procedures but will comment as to my personal experiences. As an eye surgery center perform a lot of procedures starting right off around 7:00 in the morning. From the time you arrive with a patient until the time you leave is generally between two to three hours. I'm pleased to report that everyone I've taken there have been more than pleased with their outcomes and the manner in which they were treated. But since patients are generally not allowed to drive after surgery someone needs to take them, someone like me, wait until the surgery is completed and drive them home. The staff are most polite and accommodating to those waiting for patients, but the waiting room is small, cramped and with a number of people passing by I've always ended up having to move my feet so that they don't trip over them. There are a few magazines to read but no television and what sort of bothers me, no coffee, no donuts, no munchies, not even a vending machine. But since the wait isn't all that long, I suppose I can do without those amenities. On the funny side, being a volunteer worker, more affectionately referred to as an Angel of Mercy, can have its ups, downs and rather hilarious moments such as when you happen to be more elderly and appear less fit than the patient, hence having the patient mistaken as being the escort and you being mistaken for being the patient. However, I can assure you it can quickly lose its humor when, if you are escorting one to the mental or psychiatric ward and the doctor and staff look and you and erroneously assume you to be the mental patient. Please, don't laugh...it's not a funny situation to be in. So, other than the fact that I find their waiting facilities somewhat lacking, everyone is nice, they do a good job and all of their patients that I have met, and I've met a lot of them, seem very pleased.

I rolled my ankle while moving some empty boxes. And after getting some x-rays at the urgent care,…read morethe doctors there recommended me to come here for a more closer look. I was able to get all my x-rays on a flash drive. I gave it to the doctor for his examination. The staff and the doctor here are very nice. Checking in was very simple. Everything is done through kiosk in order to avoid more personal contact. And I didn't have to wait for long before I get to see the doctor. Fortunately, the doctor said it's not too serious. I did not have a fracture and luckily it was just sprained. The doctor told me to keep my leg elevated, stay off my feet and take plenty of rest. The good news is that my ankle is getting a lot better, so I don't have to go back for another visit. But if I have to, I know the doctor and the staff here will take good care of me.

I had told her I had hurt my arm and it felt like the surgery I had from a past associated Dr., Dr. Kelly, had re torn itself. I told her I was in a lot of pain. She told me to get a referral from my primary. So I did and had an appointment today @9:30am. I arrived @9:20am, did the self check in Kiosk inputting an 8 as my pain level, sat down, and was called by Lorita. The first thing she asked was where is your pain. I said in my arm and before I could say shoulder, she said to me was I might want to check my insurance, because your doctor put shoulder pain on the referral. I tried to explain to her there was pain in both areas and she actually said the insurance won't cover it. I asked why can't I see the dr because it didn't make sense (I'm one to do every step correctly) but her attitude was aggressive. Nicholas came over and explained that the bicep and shoulder connects so there can be pain in the shoulder from a bicep tear. Lorita did not like the fact Nicholas corrected her. I saw it all over her face as she kept turning back to another office associate. I mean I'm a customer and returning client, why was I treated this way. I became upset because Lorita then back tracked and said she didn't say what she said about the arm. I asked to speak with Sonya and she said she was on the phone. 15 minutes later Sonya hands me a packet to fill out. She said I haven't been there in 10 years, when in actually I was there less than 3 years ago for an ankle injury but she didn't want to hear it because I was trying to explain to her how rude the front desk Lorita was. It took me about 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I stood at the window, I knocked politely, hoping that the situation was over. I stood there and heard talking. Then two gentlemen came to the window and said they were going to refer me to another orthopedic dr. One was Nicholas, who was amazing during this whole situation, and Alex, who I would say tried his best to handle a situation which was a he said /she said and he has to work with Lorita. I knew to not to argue at this point, so I just asked for there names because Lorita was no where to be found. I'm confused why when I was confronted with misinformation from Lorita, I chose to question it, and rather than properly explain it, she got more aggressive and said that she never said the previous misinformation. I believe now a days it's called gaslighting. Her communication made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I'm already at a 8 pain level as I inputted in the digital check in. Now I have to find a new orthopedic, on my plan, that takes my insurance, get another referral from my primary,and then make another appointment with a different orthopedic. If I have a potential bicep tendon tear or tear of my shoulder, time is of the essence. Needless to say I will never go back to this office. I believe the Dr. is only as good as his staff because he chose them. If he doesn't handle his office detail, how would he handle a patients details.
