When the manager answered and I explained my concern, she became belligerent and screamed, "We are NOT writing on the machines!" I asked her to please stop yelling at me. At that point, a man in the background tried to calm her down, saying, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, calm down I just suggested that actual written words saying the machine is out of order would be helpful." When I asked for the owner's number, she said, "Not going to happen," and hung up on me. This location is close to me, and I'm extremely disappointed in how management handled this situation.
