I always have great service here! I take my blankets to be dry cleaned and never any issues with dropping off or picking up. (I use the drive thru). Dropped my suits off to get dry cleaned, was told to come in Wednesday morning to pickup. Came in at 11am and was told it would be done tomorrow. I have to leave to go out of town and needed my suits, Thursday comes, came in the morning and was told it is not ready come in at 1pm. Came in at 1pm was told it will be done in 1 hour. I was at the max time limit before I had to leave out of town. I went home and got two others suits and left. Wasted soo much time and I didn't get to have my suits that I wanted for the event I was going to. They never apologized. Do not recommend. read more

Michael and Amy were so helpful with my wedding dress! I bought a used wedding dress. I found their dry cleaners through the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists. I drove from Round Rock, TX (north of Austin) to their location and Michael came in on his day off to meet with me. We went over every inch of the dress. He texts me pictures during the cleaning process and showed it off. When I picked it up, the price was exactly what he quoted me and it was done even faster than expected. Friendly and courteous staff. Since I moved to the area over a year ago they blow all the cleaners I used to go to in Austin out of the water. Bought a sample wedding dress that was in much need of a deep clean and refresh. I searched for a reputable and certified bride dress cleaner and was pleasantly surprised to find one located in Giddings (Giddings?! - what's it doing there??) between Austin and Houston. I called and spoke to a very attentive Michael who gave a window guesstimate cost and, advised me to email a photo of the dress for a more accurate quote. I emailed a photo, and next spoke to professional and helpful Amy who asked for an email photo of the care label. At this point I began to develop a complete trust in their professionalism and desire to serve well. In speaking about the details of the dress and my concerns about it's fragility (completely covered in organza petals, and having quite a bit of wear and tear), Amy was reassuring, and knowledgeable. My husband drove the dress out ("Giddings?!" he exclaimed, "are you sure about this?") and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful building, as well as their recall of the interactions via phone and email. The drive from Bastrop is easy and quite pretty...took maybe 25 minutes. A bit over a week later I received a call that the dress was ready for pick up. They did a fantastic job! The dress is bright, fresh and ready for the Big Day!! Amy was a pleasure to speak to - someone you'd want to have as a friend. This is a family owned and operated shop that does high class work, takes pride in their business, and offers friendly customer service and focused attention. The cost was $50.00 less than another quote we received and the service was top notch. Highly recommend, and I wish them the best!! read more
