We hired PSR specifically to assist with professionally wrapping and storing a large woolen carpet. The team, friendly as they were, arrived and after failing to upsell me on various other cleaning services, had me pay for the wrapping service in advance: $250. Only then did they go to the vehicle to retrieve the materials for the job. They returned with very flimsy plastic sheeting. Honestly as thin as the bags you put your lettuce in at the grocery store. I questioned the use of plastic (not advised online - potential mold) and its strength. They said well, "it's all we have". Then they asked if the storage area had AC (it does) and said it would be OK. I let them proceed because I needed this carpet out of the way. I even tipped the guys $40. But reflecting on afterwards I realized how unprepared the were and how inadequate this job was. I redid everything professionally myself and reached out to them for a refund. The Customer Service Rep tried to help me and followed up, but apparently the owner wasn't interested in anything more than a $50 refund which I therefore declined. Overall, extremely disappointing. Probably one of the worst services I have ever received in my entire life. Just so that any future customers can understand the depth of the unprofessionalism and disservice both me and my girlfriend received from this service company I will start from the beginning. On the afternoon of the crisis, we experienced water collection into the carpet due to a leak. Both me and my girlfriend were both concerned that the carpet/drywall damage would occur, and units below would be affected. We were calling carpet drying companies to find an immediate solution to a potential leak which would need a time sensitive response to prevent any excessive damage. It wasn't until around 6PM where we were able to connect with the company 'PSR Carpet Cleaners Miami'. The dispatcher notified us that a technician would call shortly and would head over immediately. My girlfriend called back, and this same dispatcher hung up on my girlfriend. 2 hours later we finally received a call back from the technician saying he was on the way. At this time, both of us were reluctant based on the manner the dispatcher treated us. I then told the technician I wasn't sure we needed his service tonight. The technician had pushed us to have him come over as he stated through his own experience these matters need to be handled immediately and with great care. At this point we were persuaded that immediate intervention would need to occur. One hour and a half later the technician still had not arrived. I placed a call and he said there was traffic, and he would be over shortly. 40 mins after we finally receive notification from the building that he had arrived, we then buzzed him up. (At around 9PM) The technician from 'PSR Carpet Cleaners Miami' then finally showed up Infront of the door and once we let him in, he began to chat with us. Instead of showing up with all the equipment that would be needed for this service he shows up with an Ninja Vacuum that serves both as a water extraction tool and a carpet cleaner. Before doing anything, he pushed us to pay before the service had even started saying he can't do anything until after we pay a hefty $600 dollar fee for just an extraction and a carpet cleaning solution to clean, disinfect and sterilize the carpet that he said we would need. After a 20-minute "extraction" and 10 minutes cleaning he was out of the door and the carpet was still very much wet. The next morning the carpet floor was even more wet and had even migrated to expand to other areas in the apartment because the technician washed the carpet and added more water on top of already existent wet carpet!! We then called very dissatisfied, he said he would come back later to check on the progress. A new carpet cleaning service was hired due to the inadequate work done by PSR. The new crew that came in asked us to explain what happened which is detailed in this summary above and they had exclaimed that the technician that came last night essentially exacerbated the situation by adding more water with the cleaning supplies that were used after the original technician had extracted some fluids at of the carpet. This crew with the new company the building management hired were successfully able to extract most of the fluid under the carpet after 45mins to an hour of focused extraction. They then left two commercial fans and dehumidifier over the weekend (Out of abundance of caution) at a small cost of $800 - essentially three full days of work in comparison to the insufficient work PSR Carpet cleaners did in 30 minutes while charging $600. The next morning the carpet was completely dry no thanks to PSR Carpet Cleaners Miami. Additionally, when I tried getting a refund from "Mike the supervisor" who after extensive google/yelp/facebook research proves to be the owner "Maor" for a refund. He was very rude and unpleasant and talked over me after I tried to explain what happened. He had talking points for every single scenario that I possibly could express without even hearing me out. read more

Scheduled for Friday 1/6/23 8:30am but arrived at 1:20pm. Miguel came and assessed each room. He advised there were 2 options: service the carpet just to dry it or service the carpet to dry it and to remove the smell. I chose the second option for $260. He said he would move my bedroom furniture to the side to service my room. While servicing the carpet he asked if I also wanted him to check the walls to see if there was any water damage and I said yes. He advised that there w as water damage in both rooms and that he needed to talk to his boss for a quote for that service when he was done. I said ok. He did the first room and then he did my room and said all set. I walked in each room and the floors were not as drenched but still fairly wet. So I said these are done? And he said yea they would take 4 hours to completely dry. I took notice that he did not move my furniture in my room, he only did the walking paths that were accessible but that's where the water was so I didn't bother to say anything about that. He then said he spoke to his boss and he gave me a quote for the water damage in the wall (I have a copy) for $460. I said ok thank you I will let you know about that service. He said ok just give it 4 hours and then you should be able to go in the rooms. I said would it help if I put a fan in the room and he said yea. He left at 2:20 and I put a fan in the rooms. At 8:44pm (over 6 hours) the rooms felt the exact same as when he left so I sent Miguel a text saying "Hi Miguel it's Rickita. I know you said the floors should be dry in 4 hours but both rooms still feel the same as when you left." But no reply. I called the customer service number that night and it said unavailable. I woke up the next morning and both rooms were still wet. I called and spoke with customer service who said they would have a technician reach out to me. Some by the name of Maor Elmakies called within 10min. He mentioned that they might need more equipment for a different service but said to give it until the afternoon and they'd come if it were still wet so I said ok. I called him back at 3:34 but he did not answer. So at 3:40 I texted Maor the following: "Hi we spoke earlier about my carpets still being damp. Could you explain to me what service I paid for and what service you are saying I may need for them to be dried. When Miguel came to assess I asked what needs to be done for the water to be removed and he said he was doing that service and that it would take 4 hours for them to dry. Afterwards he said there was water damage in the walls which I informed the landlord of the quote for that service. But I'm wondering why the carpets still are not dry." He did not respond. I waited until 5:20pm to call him again. He picked up and said "ma'am you paid for water extraction and you need 2 dehumidifiers and you need 6 blowers and that will be $1000.00." I said "If I paid for water extraction why do I still feel water in the carpets. If Miguel came to assess and he's the expert and gave me the 2 options why wasn't I informed of everything needed to dry the floor? Why would I agree to pay for a service that in the end would NOT dry the floor??" He said my technician advised you of the other service and I said he advised me of the other service needed for the water damage in the walls that doesn't explain the carpet still being as wet as when he left. We hung up. I called Maor back at 7:28pm and asked to speak with the manager. He advised that he was the manager. I asked again, if I paid for water extraction how can you tell me it's done when both of my carpets are still wet. He said because you need more equipment. I said but the service I paid for was not done correctly and he got upset and said ma'am let me once again speak to the technician and I will call you tomorrow. It has now been 5 days with no callback. I have since gone with another company and would absolutely NOT recommend this one for water extraction read more

I was given a quote based on area rug size of $380 to clean 2 area rugs - I had to put down a 50% deposit and would receive free pickup and delivery. PSR Carpet Cleaning of Miami showed up at my home to pickup the rugs and to clean. The technician was challenged to explain that All Green Carpet Clean of Boca Raton gives work to subcontractors. In addition, the technician demanded full payment along with an increase in price - I was now being charged $450 - he was also unable to explain the price differential but eventually said that I was being charged for pickup and delivery. After speaking to customer service as well as to a supervisor, I was told that I wasn't being charged for pickup and delivery but that it just cost more to clean my rugs. Once the carpets were cleaned and ready, scheduling delivery of the rugs presented another challenge as the company isn't responsive when trying to schedule and runs late 1.5 hours outside of delivery window.
