I saw Kate recently and I wanted to share how grateful I was for my experience with her. I've been in a very dark place just not feeling like myself, and I have to say that after meeting with her, my spirit feels so much lighter. But I held on to every word, did some research when I got home, and even read many of her blog posts, which ultimately ended up helping me to better understand. I didn't even share the half of what I have been going through recently with Kate, but I did share the worst. In a quick summation of the 90 minutes I spent with her, she taught me that I always have angels with me, and that I need to have more faith in the unknown.
