I took class with Nicolette and Carrie, but it looks like they have a lot more instructors. I bought a package here because of the value. The cost of the last studio was about 25$/class, whereas here it is about 15$/class. I may have been intimidated if I knew the classes were going to be an hour an 15 minutes, but the time flew. The instructors seem very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but I admit, I don't have a lot of experience or knowledge about yoga and am happy to be able to follow along and given guidance on the poses. I recently started yoga because I would like to increase my flexibility and learn to control my mind. I was very surprised about how much of a full body workout it is. I am sore in muscles that I didn't realize I had. Nirvana offered in studio as well as virtual sessions and different types of memberships to accommodate your needs. I was able to download the app to purchase a program and set my schedule. The staff is very friendly. The studio is very clean. it looks like they have a a lot of options for classes in studio or virtually.

At the time before I saw Virginia, I found out that I have a medical condition that had slipped out of remission. Physically, I felt fine, but I was told by my doctor that I needed to start an aggressive course of treatment right away that also may cause a great amount of harm. What I appreciated the most was that in our conversations, Virginia never shied away from or minimized my health concerns, nor made them bigger than they were.
