I wanted to post an update - I did the meal plan here for 6 months and lost over 20 pounds. I had weekly updates and texts when I had questions. For example, "I have a company party at a bar, what can I order?" Or "I have stomach problems what can help?" The contact, guidance and level of personalization is unmatched. I've been going to this gym since December 2024. It is clean, everything works, it's hardly ever crowded, and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I started working with a trainer who ended up leaving to go back to school and now I am with another trainer, Edgar M. He is super knowledgeable and very nice. I have had amazing results. ( NOTE: You don't need to have a PT to be a member. )The environment is very chill. People are respectful. I feel very comfortable at this gym. The other trainers are very nice too. Overall it is a great vibe and once you've been going a while you'll start to feel like part of a community. I also love the fact that I can go whenever I want. This gym is on FIRE!! It has a club energy vibe and the entire gym is Instagram-able...everything matches and I've never seen a gym like this before. Working out with Chris has changed our lives. He made us reach fitness goals that we never thought possible and has instilled his knowledge of a healthy diet that have helped us meet our long term goals. He has a fantastic trainer(Jewel). She gave me the leg workout from hell, lol. Honestly, this is the ideal gym. At first the name caught my eye, but once I walked in just to check it out I immediately felt welcomed and just somehow felt this would be the place where I would finally get back to working out and shed all of this Covid weight. I absolutely love the lay out, the trainers are amazing, and there are never too many people in there at once. My trainer Prince is the main reason I have finally been able to lose weight and not quit. He is patient, encouraging, and goes above and beyond to motivate me and help me reach my goals. The music is always bumping and everyone in there is working out hard which also motivates me to work harder. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Although you'll be training alongside pro and amateur bodybuilders regular guys like me that want to "build your body" will feel right at home. It's actually very motivating. Chris "Psycho" Lewis has trained Mr Olympia winners. The equipment is clean and top notch, most of which you won't find in a regular gym, even the bathroom is clean. I got a workout and meal plan customized for my goals not cookie cutter. My trainer, Prince, is sensitive to my needs and limitations but does not hold back making me work my butt off.
