I've been going to this gym since December 2024. It is clean, everything works, it's hardly ever crowded, and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I started working with a trainer who ended up leaving to go back to school and now I am with another trainer, Edgar M. He is super knowledgeable and very nice. I have had amazing results. ( NOTE: You don't need to have a PT to be a member. )The environment is very chill. People are respectful. I feel very comfortable at this gym. The other trainers are very nice too. Overall it is a great vibe and once you've been going a while you'll start to feel like part of a community. I also love the fact that I can go whenever I want. I started working out at Psycho's Body Shop three months ago because I wanted to finally get lean and increase my muscle mass. I have been in many gyms before and trained with personal trainers. This place is different. It is not your regular gym, it really is a transformation center. Chris truly knows everything there is to know about bodybuilding. It is the first time that I have been able to work hard at the gym and see results without suffering from any back or joint pain. In addition to the training sessions, he gave me a detailed program that included diet, nutrition supplements, and cardio. He adjusts the program every week based on my progress. He has a fantastic trainer(Jewel). She gave me the leg workout from hell, lol. Her ability to push me to my limits and explain the purpose behind what we are doing specifically for my body is second to none. Psycho has outdone himself with this masterpiece of a training facility. This facility hosts a number of machines that are exclusive and limited. I have been to plenty of gyms across the U.S., and no place has machines that compare to the Body Shop. Honestly, this is the ideal gym. At first the name caught my eye, but once I walked in just to check it out I immediately felt welcomed and just somehow felt this would be the place where I would finally get back to working out and shed all of this Covid weight. I absolutely love the lay out, the trainers are amazing, and there are never too many people in there at once. My trainer Prince is the main reason I have finally been able to lose weight and not quit. He is patient, encouraging, and goes above and beyond to motivate me and help me reach my goals. The music is always bumping and everyone in there is working out hard which also motivates me to work harder. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Although you'll be training alongside pro and amateur bodybuilders regular guys like me that want to "build your body" will feel right at home. It's actually very motivating. Chris "Psycho" Lewis has trained Mr Olympia winners. The equipment is clean and top notch, most of which you won't find in a regular gym, even the bathroom is clean. I got a workout and meal plan customized for my goals not cookie cutter. My trainer, Prince, is sensitive to my needs and limitations but does not hold back making me work my butt off. Best trainer I have had. Each session I leave and have to bring a change of clothes because you sweat hard. He does everything from training to nutrition. Tech support is awesome can reach anytime of day for any issues. He trains from early morning late and I love it for my schedule. Super clean gym.
