I started going to Let's Go Fitness earlier this year. I had been working remotely with a trainer but felt the need for something new. One of my friends led me to Let's Go Fitness and I am so glad!! Ryan is one of a kind--he is experienced, dedicated, creative and enthusiastic. He really pours his whole heart and soul into his "Fitness Fam." Workouts are varied, each session focusing on legs, cadrio/abs or full body. Ryan carefully crafts each session with a fresh mix of exercises--it is never boring or static. He demonstrates each exercise at the beginning along with modifications to suit different fitness levels. He is always on hand to help guide each person through the exercises according to need. Ryan is always encouraging, and NEVER judgmental or impatient. The community at Let's Go Fitness is amazing! I've been a part of Let's Go Fitness for 3 years, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I had been sedentary for most of my adult life, and after getting to my highest weight, I decided to finally try out the 21-day program I had seen via Groupon. Our trainer, Ryan, holds small classes serving different functions (push, pull, cardio, abs, etc.). The classes are perfect for every type of gym goer (including the semi-timid), offering a welcoming and non-judgmental environment with timed circuits to build strength and endurance and make you sweat. There's also an open gym option where you can access all the equipment independently. He provides resources like meal plan reviews, recipes, and general tips on maintaining your overall wellness goals. He also plans activities to build a community outside the gym, like hiking and participating in Spartan races. I love the way Ryan structures the workouts. Anyone at any level can do the exercises. He always provides lower impact options and you can go up or down on weights depending on your comfort level. Every exercise is in bite-size pieces of 20-30 seconds. Even at multiple reps, it's so much easier for me to approach and complete each exercise. I struggled to do a lot of the exercises when I first started so I love that he offers modified versions of the more challenging ones (I still take advantage of this). I've never been one to enjoy exercise. I've never been one to follow through on going to the gym after I've purchased a membership. I've had personal trainers, and found them to be too expensive and too intense. I usually would get annoyed with them after a few months of working out one on one. And yet, here I am LOVING going to workout. Let's Go Fitness is a program that works great for me. The classes are small enough that there is plenty of personal attention if you need it but the owner/trainer, Ryan, lets you be if you don't need any help. His circuit training workouts are presented with options of intensity levels. You do the level that works best for you. The workouts are varied. I can't say we've ever repeated a workout yet. The facility is extremely clean and organized. You have to sign up for class workouts in advance to keep the class size small. That has helped my accountability as well. If I sign up and take a spot, someone else may not get to do so if the class is full. They even have a nutrition program to help you maximize your results. The clients are friendly and very nice. They even get together socially! It's a very welcoming and friendly place. I can't recommend Let's Go Fitness enough. It's changed how I feel about the gym and my body! read more

Hi, friends! Are you tired, rundown, listless? Do you poop out at parties? I used to work out regularly and then two kids under two happened, as well as a pandemic, which led to a diet of many pastries and instant noodles. My body decided to tell me that I'm not 21 anymore. I checked their website and saw that there was a 21 day transformation challenge which included small group workouts and a complete eating plan including recipes and shopping lists. Ryan, the gym owner, even made sure to schedule a phone call to discuss my fitness goals before even signing up. It was the perfect way to get back into working out. After 21 days I lost 6 pounds but more importantly almost 10 inches. I was able to wear a swimsuit at my daughter's beach party and not worry about how I looked. It was an amazing confidence boost and I now have so much more energy.  The gym is very clean and the equipment is constantly sanitized. Ryan works tirelessly to provide fun, varied workouts with great music to keep you going.
