The paperwork sets very clear boundaries about expectations on your behavior prior to coming to the office and once you get there, i.e. wash your hands. But no where does it state a $1.50 fee for using your flexible spending account charge card to pay. And neither did the therapist mention to me there is a fee to use a credit card. This type of behavior does not build trust. The therapist was not very attentive and did not check in with me to see how I was doing at all while I was getting my treatment. I saw him twice and decided not to see him again. That whole place gave me a weird not friendly customer service vibe. More like a hurry up and get out of here vibe.
