As a cyclist, I wanted to wait before writing my review so I could honestly evaluate the results after a real ride. The Graston therapy itself was definitely intense--there were moments I was making some pretty funny pain faces! But BossB was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the session, so I knew I was in good hands. The real test came the next day during my 44.48-mile ride. I immediately noticed that my pedal strokes felt smoother and more fluid. The patellar pain I usually experience when putting down torque on climbs was noticeably gone during that ride. Even better, my hips, knees, calves, and all the way down to my ankles felt looser and more mobile. I finished the ride feeling a level of relief I honestly wasn't expecting. This is simply my personal experience, but for me, the difference was significant. After my first visit I IMMEDIATELY felt pain RELIEF. I came in for an assessment with Brian. He did his assessment. He explained how many visits I had which were 12. He mentioned the therapist will show me which exercises to do upon my next session. I then sat and waited for the receptionist whom I might add is so sweet and very helpful. She handed me my appointment card filled with all 12 appointments. This therapy office seems so small however at the same time it is a mighty! Everything flows so well with the therapist aid Alex. Upon your first session you get your blood pressure read by a therapist aid which most likely was Alex or therapist Jason. After we get a clear were off and running. Alex had me do each 8 minute exercises with a timer for an hour. After my 3rd visit I knew what exercises to do and each workout was so beneficial. My last day I also had another session with Brain. I made a reservation at 9 but the reservation time was not kept I ended up going after 10 and using the Unit Muscle Stimulator for 10 minutes and rubbing with a ball-like object for 4 minutes each on the left and right sides and then waiting and rubbing with a thin stick as shown on Instagram once on the left calf, once on the sole of the foot once on the right calf and sole of the foot!!! It didn't even take 5 minutes I don't know why they take reservations. They don't keep their appointment times They come to pay in the middle and I'm so out of it They don't accept cards and pressure me to pay in cash And they advertise a lot on Instagram so a lot of people come But it wasn't as fantastic as it looks on Instagram It's really a waste of $80 I'll never go there again There's only one person rubbing with a thin stick and that guy is rubbing And I didn't get better at all from this treatment read more

I took my Godson to this PT, who is 10, and he enjoyed his time there. Unfortunately he had an elbow injury from playing sports but the process and treatment at this place was great. Have to admit, I missed my first appointment months ago because I was skeptical, but my heel pain wouldn't go away. I had plantar fasciitis. Figured I just need to get this done and I made a second appointment. Let me tell you, first treatment Brian told me I was tight in my calves so although it was a bit painful to start (think of like a massage and when you have knots) but it was only for 5 mins and and then he worked in my foot. I wish I would have found out about Brian and his elevation workouts years ago. This is a no brainer for all serious athletes and competitors!!! Personally, I've been struggling with tiring out too fast and God put me in connection with Brian, a man who's revolutionized the way people train. i say God because I found him on IG when i was just scrolling. He designed a facility that gears towards helping athletes go faster, harder, stronger for longer by using a mask to simulate the elevation up to 20k ft. This results in expanding your lung capacity in what would usually take months to do, your able to do this in two hours with his equipment. I was able to get two sessions in with him during my professional overseas break and I felt a complete shift in my cardio. Not only am I able to go harder for a longer period of time but when I got tired I'm able to catch my breath a lot faster without needing to stop or sit down. The workout will push you past exhaustion, but to a point where you where you will be forced to bring out that dawg in you. This workout will bring out the best version of your competitive nature. The way I felt after the workouts when I got back on the basketball court was like turning back the clock ten years. I could run forever. I cannot wait to get on a regular workout regimen!
