I got injured at work and the quality of care I got at this place was below par. First the good First off, receptionist is amazing, she's attentive and really knows her stuff. Helping with referrals and answering questions she was amazing. Now for the rest of the team, I was met by Dr Brian the first day to go over my injuries and talk about my issues, mostly it was just yes or no questions. I told him that my issues weren't completely correct on my referrals because it took over a month to get them done and to get treated. So my issues weren't completely correct more specific to one area of concern. Now once that's done, you then get treated by other people, but I use the term "treated" lightly. He didn't seem to care about my input to my own injuries or how I'm currently feeling. Two people are "treating" ten people at the same time, there is no real individual care taken, the lack of empathy shows. I would ask questions or try to get answers for what's this treating? How is this used correctly? But they saw me more as a nuisance rather than a patient. They just want to sit u in a chair and leave u for 8minutes while the continue turning on and off timers without bothering to actually show any concern for anyone. My PT here was horrible, the space is crammed, the equipment is dirty and not calibrated. I've been to PT for an injury before but I will never request this place again It seems like this office is more concerned about the "celebrities" on the walls versus the everyday people walking through the doors trying to get better. read more

I like the idea of this practice and maybe it was just me, I just feel I didn't got the time/attention needed to help out my problem. The staff was definitely friendly. But here's the thing. My appointment was at 11am. I was called up for a consultation maybe an hour and half or so later. Then hooked up to a machine for about 20 minutes. When it came to the scraping. I paid for 2 groups which was $160. But it felt like a rushed session on each leg/ foot and other group. I gave it some time about a week to see if my session made a difference. I would say slightly if I'm being honest. The website doesn't specify how much time is dedicated to each group and that was one of my concerns leading up to my appointment. Not sure if I would be returning based off of this experience. read more

The treatment pretty much relieved my excruciating pain from plantar fasciitis immediately. It was such a relief! The wait was long and there were so many people. I didn't mind either. The important thing is the fact that the treatment achieved what I needed. I injured myself after a 100 mile race, and I tried everything to try and run again. From resting, stretching, sports massages, weights. Nothing worked for months. I couldn't run and had strong knee pain. I decided to try PT-RN care. After my session I felt instant relief the best part was I was able to run again. I had this pain on my right arm/shoulder for quite some time now and finally decided to get it worked on. Brian explained how it works and what the healing process would look like which was really helpful. The session was "tough" to handle but knowing it will result to healing and relief, I made it through. I had instant improvement and was able to raise my right arm further than initial try. Went to the Lynwood place . It looks and feels dirty. So many people waiting I waited 2 hours with an appointment I was not happy . The therapist scraped my calves for about 5-7 minutes the problem was not my calves but my foot the heel is the problem. I left in worse pain and with bruises all over my calves that lasted over a week. I called him (Bryan) to complain because it was guaranteed on SOCIAL MEDIA that I would be better but that was A LIE. He told me to come back I did a week later same thing except I was there for only 1 hour . I did not feel and different BUT WORSE . So I haven't been back . Please don't waste your time and money . I spend $180.00 and it's all false advertising. Only results were he stole my $180.00 dollars . False false advertising. It's all a scam I want my money back . On my first initial visit, I was shocked at how busy this therapy office was. People are sitting in a row of chairs of 10. Everyone has to get their blood pressure checked before doing any physical therapy of any kind, and then they are off to do their hour session those that are regulars here. The entire staff is very helpful they work together where one leaves off the other will pick up from there. There are always two employees managing the workout stations. I learned many new forms of exercises for my back and posture. Never knew my back was so weak and how much work I needed to put in to build strength in my back. Each visit, I did 8 minutes of each exercise. Exercise bike 8 minutes Sit and stand 8 minutes Kegel seated 8 minutes Step up exercise 8 minutes Ab reduction 8 minutes Leg machine 8 minutes 10 minutes or less using Electrical stimulation As you begin your physical therapy, you will find your rhythm and know the order in which you were taught physical therapy. Then comes entertainment . They have 2 televisions that seem to always have action or comedy on. Every employee here, I'd give them 5 stars as each of them assisted me in every way during my visits. I had a lot of scheduling problems on my behalf, and they accommodated me the best way possible. The parking lot is not large by far. However, I managed to get a parking each visit. The only thing I'd like to say is I tried getting everyone's name, but in this fast paced environment, it was hard as everyone is being rotated or working on themselves and employees are constantly moving rapidly. read more

I was treated for a hamstring injury at the 1663 Beverly Boulevard location for 3 months. All of the staff was engaging, friendly and personable! I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy. To top it off, I had no more hamstring pain when I finished treatment. Ok first off I didn't think a physical therapy facility can be in a strip mall. But this one is. I had injured my ribs and sack from a fall at work so workers comp sent me here. This place is crowded. Meaning they help a lot of people. But since I'm here because of workers comp I wasn't going to judge. Brian gave me the intake and tested my ability to continue. Then the assistants started putting me through the various equipment they had for my shoulder and knee. I can honestly say if I continued this regimen I will be better than before. So I came back three days later. No therapist. Sitting there waiting. And waiting. I hope this is not going to be a repeat workers comp or not. read more

Not the nicest looking PT office, they don't have state of the art equipment, but the team here is good and the programs work. I went to a different PT for a month in DTLA because their office looked cool, the employees wore Lululemon and they carried around iPads...BUT didn't help my back pain. After my 1st session at PT-RN I already felt results because the exercises I was given were better targeted for my injury. I've been working with Brian Kim on most sessions and he's been very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. Don't judge a book by its cover. I would say though that both of their locations are due for a facelift. read more

His spirit was awesome he was involved, he called each one of us by our first name and checked to make sure we were OK in between exercises. It's been a few months that I have been experiencing R hip/lower back pain after a run. My doctor advised me to see a chiropractor for an adjustment. I did that but I still wasn't getting any relief. I decided to see Brian in his LA clinic during my lunch break. Although I work in Orange County and that means taking at least a 3-hour lunch break, I thought it would still be worth the drive anyway. Well, I'm glad I did. As soon as I got there, I was attended to right away by his friendly and helpful staff. Brian worked a good hour on me using the Graston technique. The girl in the front desk named "Gabby" when you first enter, is a very rude and unprofessional individual she needs to be fired!! And relieved of duty!! She has a very nasty attitude!! And the two girls her co-workers named"Anna" and "May" follow her lead so they start acting a little funny as well, getting into a little huddle or a little gathering behind the desk whispering to each other about people who are getting their physical therapy needs met, very unprofessional individuals, the new hire Kenny is an awesome guy he don't know what's going on he just started working there so he's not in a circle yet! Hopefully you stick to his guns and just do his job and don't get corrupted by them female coworkers of his. Spoke to a manager supposedly on this matter don't really seem like it's much help!!
