But BossB was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the session, so I knew I was in good hands. The real test came the next day during my 44.48-mile ride. I immediately noticed that my pedal strokes felt smoother and more fluid. The patellar pain I usually experience when putting down torque on climbs was noticeably gone during that ride.
