My wife had hip surgery, and after coming home someone suggested Advanced Home Health services…read more Great, or so I thought, nurse was great, always kept in contact with us, but the therapist was not doing what he said he would do. I understand that my wife was in a wheelchair and could not put to much pressure on her leg, but after being able to bear weight on her leg for therapy, the physical therapy sessions were minimal. Only had 2 visits from Jason after that, and only approx 30 mins. each session. He stated he would call the day before to set up a time for therapy time, but he always called that same day, or 30 mins before he arrived to give my wife therapy. I know it takes time to heal, but doing only 1 visit a week, was not enough for her, and now we were informed that he stated she was not going to get any better. Wow, after seeing her surgery, he stated that she is coming along good, and even got her to walk a few steps. At this point we explained about the therapy sessions, and suggested we do outpatient physical therapy, gave us a prescription, and suggested a couple of places that he know do good therapy. If you are going to use this company, think wisely, and good luck to you, but I would not recommend them.
