Like it wasn't a normal rice it was like a solid mush of rice that was like dried out. -Onion Rings: they didnt have an onion inside them. It was like a ring of onion flavored batter (??) and we didn't understand what was happening with that. -A sweet potato as a side: we were given sweet potato fries and not a sweet potato (there were also sweet potato fries on the menu but we didnt order the fries, we ordered the sweet potato. -French Onion Soup: missing completely - Macaroni Salad: it was orange?? And couldn't tell what it tasted like but it didn't taste good. -garlic bread: it was literally wet. Like wet. The sauce that came with the sweet potato fries was bomb and I am sad to not ever have that sauce again because we DEFINITELY wont ever get food from Flowing Tide Pub ever again.

All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Physco Alert!! I go in the place and shoot pool for an hour by myself. The place is dead. I sit at the bar for about an hour and a young girl comes up to me. So I buy her a drink and we start talking. A group of Asian guys came in the place and started playing pool. They were the type that were all dressed nice. 3 guys with 1 girlfriend. I went over to them and asked if they wanted to play 2v2 and they agreed. We were having fun. They were competitive. I have seen friends like this before. One guy gracefully lets his buddy win the game and misses shots casually on purpose in order to keep the mojo going. I picked up on this weakness and playfully announced to the group that I wanted to do something and to not take it as disrespect. We were all smiling and friendly. So I walked up to this guy after he missed a shot and I eyed balled him eye to eye with Tiger eyes. And I told him to stop being a clown! Stop passing the ball to your friend in life. I wasn't just talking about pool. Men like this have such a loyal respect for the greatness of their friend, that they don't challenge themselves, to see HOW GREAT, THEY THEMSELVES ARE! So the message was clear and he looked me in the eyes like a man and we probably would have been good friends if we were able to continue to play. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS BIZZARE AND F'ED UP. There is a guy who works in there. He has a beard and is about 5'10. He comes up to the entire group of us and tells us we ALL have to leave. He was being very vague and emotional and said someone on this platform raped a woman! A man who works in PT's is actually telling 5 people to leave based on WHAT? The girl who came over to me at the bar, who went through some horrible shit previous to being there, who was probably raped, was watching the pool game and saw me go eyeball to eyeball with that guy and misinterpreted what she saw as violence, which triggered her to go to the bartender and say something vague and disgusting enough for that small minded employee to come and inject that fucking garbage into 5 customer's lives! Made us all feel like SHIT! And they all knew each other so all of these 4 other people are now looking at me like, what the fuck, did this guy rape someone! This employee should be dealt with. Don't be calling customers a rapist and think you are going to keep working there gracefully. I know exactly where you will be every fucking day and night. You better hope I never decide to fuck up your night like you fucked up mine. PT's fire him...He brings trouble to your place. This occurred on 9/18/18 Enquire within to get his name. This girl kept getting up from one slot machine to another and going over to random people. I did not come in with her. This group of Asian men and woman did not come in with me or her. The bartenders saw all this going on. There were 10 people in the place. Why the hell would you come over to a group of 5 people and throw them all out in a way where you are BLATANTLY saying ONE OF US IS A RAPIST! Please be warned guys, this place will SHIT on your energy if they get emotional. They have emotional workers who do not know how to handle situations like a professional. They cost the establishment money by kicking out 5 well-dressed men and woman with money in their pockets, to keep one drunk, distraught and confused, BROKE girl in control. I will never go back here. This place has low life written all over it. The employees are not professional at all! There was absolutely no trouble going on in that place. We are all smiling and joking and we were labeled rapists and thrown out. Sick! Fire this man. This is Nevada. You don't treat people like that in Nevada. Working the 4 PM to midnight shift, she's got that perfect balance of attentiveness without hovering--always there right when you need her but never overbearing. She made sure we were never forgotten--checking in regularly, keeping our drinks fresh, and creating a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made us feel like regulars even if it was our first visit.
