Our friend encouraged us to the try Guiness Burger at Distill A local bar. This area looks hidden from the street. It aligned to some resident house. Customer service is amazing. The Inside bar is beautiful. I believe the kids can eat inside. They have dining area. ( Please call to verify ) Guinness burger with sweet potato fries is my go-to food here.

Guiness Burger recommended by my friend is what brought me all the way here, and I'm happy he did. Burger is so juicy with candied bacon. We also had a friendly service from our server. The bar is a smoking are, but there is a separate room that's non-smoking and separate bathroom.

Pros: Good food and service Cons: Nothing specific Details: We have been here a few times I'm surprised I've never left a review. Kind of standard bar drinks but we mainly come for food. Like a lot of Vegas bars it's like a nicer sports bar that's not really a sports bar specifically. The menu is more exciting than you'd expect for bar food. Some very interesting and cool options. Portions are generous too. Service can be a little off when busy but that is common. I'd say give it a shot.

What a deal! $8 for 3 tacos and a tequila shot. Service was great, they greeted us right away and made sure we got the happy hour deal with 5 mins left and informed us about the Tuesday taco deal. Got the 3 chicken tinga flour tacos. You can choose corn, crunchy shell, carne asada or carnitas. They had happy hour appetizers and house wine for $5 and $4 beers.

UMMM very very shocked at how great of an experience we had- First off, bartenders were kind & constantly checking in on us. Second- food was GREAT & very reasonable pricing Plus great micheladas! lol Ambiance is a lot better than most local bars, but of course there's a mild cigarette smell. What really shocked us was the soup of the day- we went on a Monday & it was Albondigas $3.50 for a cup! SO DAMN good! HOT & worth every penny. Chicken taquitos were great kind of dry, & wish there was some type of sauce or guacamole but very crispy & hot! Very disappointed in the Buffalo cauliflower- sauce is great just terrible batter. Very soggy. Best ranch& blue cheese!!

Not only were the drinks pretty well done but their hot wings are delicious. Worth it for those late night snackyness. The ambiance with the fireplace was really cozy. And the service at the bar was great. The bartenders were friendly and made delicious drinks.

It had been awhile since I had gone to a Distill but so glad I stopped into this one with friends. From the moment my boyfriend and I stepped in, we were warmly greeted by Carrie at the bar. She was super welcoming and quickly had us set up with their Taco Tuesday and Happy Hour menus. I ordered their Pinky which was a solid first drink. I later had a Pretty Please Rita and their Cherry Limeade, the latter of which was my favourite but unfortunately not part of the drink specials. The bar wasn't too busy at the moment so I appreciated that she wasn't rushing us to move simply because we weren't gaming. A pretty large group was joining us so we switched from the bar top to some tables and there was no issue with that, seamlessly being transferred over to our server Alex. Alex did a wonderful job navigating everybody's food and drink orders and was super patient with us. He also joked around with us which was nice having a crowd as large as ours was. I didn't end up eating but all of the tacos that came out looked quite solid. Overall, it was a great time with reasonable prices. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to pop back into this location!

Every time I come to Distill on Pyle it's great! The service has always been great, the food is always great, and so is the atmosphere. My husband & I went here for Valentine's Day and they had a Valentine's Day menu which I loved! Our waitress had the best customer service which made it that much better of an experience!! Elaine* I think her name was. I'm so glad we are right down the street so we can swing by for the food anytime!

Great bar! And nice lounge. Came here on 2/22 to have some drinks with an old friend to celebrate my belated birthday. We have been here before and liked it. We ordered a couple beers and some shots of tequila to celebrate! The service was good and quick. And we had a great time catching up. Was also watching the Golden Knights game. They also have a huge bar and bar top seating. They have one or two pool tables by the entrance. There was a steady amount of people that Saturday night, but not packed. So it was chill which I like. As for food, it was late night, so we just ordered the pretzel bites. Unfortunately, I have to honestly say that the pretzel was stale and a bit bland. The pimento cheese dip (I think it was that) did save the pretzel. The plain cheese was also flavorless. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering that again. But it happens! We still ate it with our drinks. And they have many other food items! We had a great time and enjoyed our drinks. And our server was very friendly and sweet.

Ask the Community - Distill A Local Bar

Do they have a pool table?

    Yes

Do you have to be 21 to eat at the restaurant?

The restaurant side is all ages, the bar side is 21 and over.

Are kids allowed in the dining area? Is this kid friendly? I've always ordered from postmates and the food is really good. Just wondering if I can bring the whole family in?

The whole family is allowed in the dining area, kid friendly with a kid menu. And non smoking

Is there smoking allowed inside the bar where food is served? The page says "smoking" but it's also on a Yelp list for "best non-smoking bars" so I'm confused. Thanks :)

There is definitely smoking in the bar area, they do have a non-smoking side where people can dine!

This spot isn't located in the best plaza as parking can be really tight due to how small it is. I initially came here with a few friends and did the Suave menu ($55 per person) because we couldn't decide whether to splurge or not, but was open to coming back if we enjoyed it. Although the menu is AYCE, for a first time experience, it was recommended to go down the list like a tasting menu. After going through the entire menu with the remaining time you have, you can re-order any of your favorites that you tried. Service was very quick and attentive. Every item came out in a timely manner to ensure that no time is lost! My favorites were the Spring Peas and Pulpo. A Different Beast is honestly a perfect date night or a girl's night out spot. My first experience was so stellar that I came back to try the Premio menu ($65 per person). Luckily when I came back, a few items had changed, but majority was the same. Off of this menu, my absolute all time favorite has to be the Foie Gras!! Sooo melt-in-your-mouth-buttery! It makes sense why it's a one time order only, sadly. My 2nd time visiting wasn't as mind blowing due to already knowing what to expect but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. A Different Beast is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience and I wish there were more AYCE tapas places like this!

We chose the highest price prix fixe set of $65, which includes one Foie gras tapas. This was my favorite one. My other favorites would be the Txaka, which is a crab salad, Spring Peas, Scallop Ceviche, and the Iberico Jamon Bellota. Least favorite were the Atun y Tomate and Morcilla con huevos de Codorniz (blood sausage). I would given it 5 stars but the chef uses small toast rounds for almost every dish. I guess this makes you full but it became repetitive and sometimes overpowered the actual dish.

Firefly has been on my mind for a couple of months and I decided to book a reservation here at their southwest location for our monthly date night. They also have another location on Paradise Road. Through Yelp, I made a reservation for 6/20/26 at 7:30pm. I guess a reservation wasn't really necessary because it wasn't busy when we showed up and there were plenty of open tables available. It did start getting a little packed towards the end of our visit, though. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a small, cozy bar and more regular seating. We started off with some cocktails. I got myself a La Paloma and my LTP got the Fly Tai (possible pun on Mai Tai?). The La Paloma was very fruity, had a salty orange rim, and a dried orange slice on top. The Fly Tai was also fruity and had a dried rosé on top of its' frothy texture. We were also given complimentary bread along with a scoop of butter. Next, we ordered the tapas. We weren't 100% sure how big they were going to be, so we decided on one to share, one for me, and one for him. We ordered the following; Serrano Sliders, Manchego Mac and Cheese, and Tortillas a la Española. The Serrano Sliders came with crispy onions on the side that you can put on by yourself. I'm not a big meat person anymore but these sliders were totally delicious! The Manchego Mac and Cheese was excellent and probably one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had in a long time. The Tortillas a la Española had a very colorful orange sauce drizzled on them and they were basically like cubed mashed potatoes. The portions on each tapa were very decent and weren't too big for us, so we ended up sharing all three of them due to their size. I loved everything about this place, especially the mac and cheese. The ambiance that had perfect date night feel to it and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I would love to come back again!

Everything was absolutely delicious, and there honestly wasn't a bad dish in the bunch. One thing to keep in mind is that these truly are small plates. Don't expect a lot of food with each $12 dish. They're perfect for ordering several different things and sharing, but if you're really hungry, you'll definitely want to order multiple plates. The Firecracker Wings had a really nice kick to them. We loved the spice, but if you have a lower spice tolerance, be careful with those! Also, a heads-up about the shrimp ceviche: CHICA's version is more tomato-based rather than the bright, lime-forward ceviche you might be expecting. It was still really good, but if you don't like tomato-based ceviche, that's definitely something to know before ordering. For drinks, we tried the CHICA-Rita, Palomita, and Tommy's Margarita. They were running a 2-for-1 drink special for $21 total, which was such a great deal, especially for Vegas.
